69°F and .09 inches rain
A good few hours mowing yesterday, but didn’t get finished. Managed to loose a lift rod pin. Started raining as I limped back so just parked it. Very doubtful I have a pin that size so likely a nut and bolt. I did check Bobcat site and replacement $8 and change. Put 2 in cart, lowest shipping was $84. No way
Need to ease into holiday prep today, some last minute pickups.
Happy Hour in town.

Not when you vote for the losing party!
I can understand the desire to get rid of handheld 2-stroke leaf blowers. I love mine (Stihl BH-86), but I can easily see how it would annoy the hell out of any close neighbors.
But I can't agree with anyone who argues to elimimate walk-behind blowers. Totally different animal, without the obnoxious whiney noise, and more akin in noise and polution factor to a lawn mower.

Good evening all. Yesterday's weather: 42ºF for the start, partly cloudy sky, light breeze. Light wind, increasing clouds, and high temp was 67ºF. Made coffee to start day, help set up, attend, help tear down Chapel, breakfast with group. Worked on watching recorded news, nap, some leaf control, grilled brats and chicken thighs. I will use the thighs for chalupas. Lost internet last night due to lightning strike, heard the thunder, not restored but back up this morning.

Thomas no bare foot on the beach. It was a bit nippy for Monday's walk.
Thomas glad good and not long day at work, I had to laugh at mental picture of Scooter coated in flour. Honey will definitely be at risk if Boo decide to join the fun.
Drew sounds like nice campground, and neighbors. Glad good visit with brother. Sorry about the bad drive and stop and go traffic. Nice way to end day.
