I have been talking with Jery about his QA and forks for a few months, and he has been working on a set of movable forks. Well, I drove up last weekend and picked up the first set of movable forks made and a QA for my B2620. Absolutely unbelievable!

Everything is laser cut, welded with perfect beads like it was done by a machine, and thickly coated with pretty Kubota orange paint. It all looks so nice, I'm afraid to use it! The entire fork a carriage assembly weighs a fraction of the OEM stuff, is see-through so you have a complete unobstructed view when using them, and the forks separate from the carriage and all can be easily hung on the wall out of the way when not being used.

The QA went on in a few minutes, and Jery's patented latch system locks on with no play, and there are no pins to lose and fuss with. I actually left the loader arms on when I mowed last time, and doubt I'll ever remove the arms again. The QA on the arms without the bucket is close to the front of the tractor, and the versatility is fantastic.

There is so much more to Jery and what he has developed. I can assure you his quality and thought out QA, forks, grapples, etc. will not disappoint the most scrutinous person. I watched Jery pull whole trees and bushes out with the roots with his one grapple, and pull a pencil sized tree out with the same grapple. Ingenious.

Please check out his stuff. I'll post some pictures when I can.

Love some pictures. I really want forks for my 2920, but just can't part with the money for oem stuff.

I have his Loader Buddy bucket that is now discontinued. Very high quality products and great to deal with.

Old post, I know, but news to me--and VERY welcome news! (I like Jery's system a lot, for various reasons, but I didn't want forks that weren't adjustable. I'm pressed for time now, but I'm off to find his website and see if these are still available, for an L403 loader.)

I just bought a set of forks and the QA for my BX2670. The quality and beef of his QA is well worth the difference from OEM. The forks weigh about 110-130 complete, while one OEM fork weighs 80#. Jery's setup allows me to maximize my lift capacity, while OEM cuts it in half. No pins... Flip the locks and go. You get a 2" receiver built into his QA. It is tough! If you can get it for your loader, you won't be disappointed.

Note that the forks are available as movable forks, not only solid like Jery's website shows. The site is way outdated, and the various components Jery offers are substantially more than his website shows.
Call him for questions. The new things upcoming are really neat.

robertm and BX Dan,

Thank you for the information! I will give Jery a call, as soon as I can find the time--again, I've only held off because I need forks I can adjust, for some of the "pickier" work I need to do.

Much appreciated,

My Hoe

It costs more, but Jery's QA is substantially more robust, is pinless with flip-style locking cams to engage the implement pins, has a built-in 2" receiver for easy trailer maneuvering, has built-in eyelets for chains or straps, etc. I posted pictures on my BX with his lightweight forks. Look them up. The differences are obvious. Good luck in your decision.

I too have talked to and ordered from Jery Dunn. I bought the Tach-N-Go for my BX2230 and I wanted the forks that go on it and will also go on the 3pt. My forks are the fixed forks, not the moveable ones that robertm has. I got the QA installed o the loader arms, and put the bucket back on for some January thaw snow pile moving, but have not used the forks. Snow blower is back on, so the FEL has been removed. I also wanted the 2" receiver in the QA. Have used that to move a 16' landscape trailer. That takes a bit to get used to. Been backing up trailers all my life, now drivng them backwards with the steering axle in the middle, takes a little thinking. Great products. Jon

Here you go. Mine are movable, and each fork comes off the rack for easy storage. The rack can't weigh more than 40# and each fork maybe 30#.
