Check your 3pt lever, my 1910 had a sticky lever and was stuck all the way back keeping the pump working, just a slight bump forward and my rpm came back to normal.

Make sure the fuel shut off valve is pushed "in" to start, usually a red knob below the key switch, then turn the key counter clockwise for 20-30 seconds (ignore the glow indicator for now) see if it starts!

What's great about Deere is you can still get tons of parts for these older machines. A quick search shows me your a bit off on pricing for the 430 fuel pump, pricing looks to be a bit over $100, or of course you can re-engineer with something else.

1910's are very hard to bleed. Start at the tank make sure fuel filter is full, then on to the injector pump, screw on the side as I recall? Then to the lines out of the pump once you’ve got it to this point the lines at the injectors can be cracked. Throw the ether away 1910's don't like it...
