Amateur, opportunistic or professional theft has been around forever. Some just seem to like thievery. Historically, horse thievery was, well, severely frowned upon.
Depending on the outlook of property owners in an area, professional thieves just seem to know which areas are best to avoid...
2 years old CS2220 with now 310 hours.
No issues since the valves were replaced and the valve wells on the head were ground out to make more space for the valve stems.
Seems to be a reliable unit since the original QC engine build issues with the head were corrected.
I do take care of it thou...
The FEL being off-level is not a problem I have experience on my CS2220.
The only FEL issue I would quibble over is the slow loss of hydraulic fluid back thru the valves if I park it for a bit (engine on or off) (loaded or unloaded). Due to the length of pallet forks it is more observable, but...
Relying on level ground to reference things as straight and/or level is problematic.
On uneven ground select wood blocks under the tires (mostly rear ones) will get you close as the front axle will tilt, but you still need a solid level reference for the tractor body (rear axle) and then any...
The only thing I would add is to put your FEL bucket down and lift the front axle off the ground a bit to take the pressure off the pivot.
I have noticed the grease will go in much easier and likely get better distributed within the pivot.
Same goes for the other zerks, but I have notice a...
It is always a good idea, particularly when you have not-very-nice transmission sounds, to drain the filter after changing and cut it open to check the filter pleats to see what is in there.
If you can hear grinding, there must be some metal filings being created.
Show the dealer the old...
I have tried that. At this stage of life the bending over while moving heavy objects is well, problematic.
I use HIS name in vain far less using the pallet fork-based table top method.
God created fire.
Next he inspired the wood stove, chainsaw, tractor, FEL, log splitter and then........................
......pallet forks! Hallelujah!
For some reason it takes a special level of not-paying-attention to get the fingers between the blade(s) and log, but it is much easier to pinch them between the log and the beam end.
Definitely not a job for anyone with ADD or someone who has no fear of a PTO.
It is the rad overflow tank. The plastic can become or is brittle (cheap plastic). As the coolant inside the radiator and engine heats up it expands and flows into the overflow tank. When the engine coolant cools it gets drawn back by suction into the rad and engine keeping the cooling system...
Well you are safe for now.
An auspicious (non-functionality) launch won't inspire confidence they know what they are doing.
To me these apps are primarily designed to collect and sell data on the users who download them, not necessarily help you bypass their dealer network. Is their 'free app'...
Based on my experience with sticky joystick valves, I am pretty sure it is the upper control valves (2) under the rubber cover (1) at the joystick based.
Mine seemed to be lacking any lubricant. I used some silicone grease to solve the sticky/jerky movement.
