I was recently driving around in my DK6010. All of a sudden I started hearing and feeling a clunk. I got up under the tractor and found a stick lodged in there and I thought that might have been it. No luck. I drove it around some more and noticed that the clunking would happen as I hit bumps. In addition, if I move the loaded up and down fast I can get the same effect. I checked underneath again and everything looks fine. The rubber bushings where the cab is attached seem intact. Any ideas what might be causing the clunking?

I would check front axle pivot, steering rack, axle/hub joints, steering links, wheel lugs, and loader arm pins. Might just need grease, you hope anyhow.

Like 34Willys, the only thing not moving as a "unit" with the machine is the front axle center pivot and steering. You're greasing both sides of the axle pivot every 50 or so hours, right?

Hmmm. I don't recall when I last greased but I'll do that. Would that cause the clunking that can be heard and felt in the cab? It's only heard when I go over bumps or move the loader up and down quickly enough that it jerks.bounces the tractor.

Grease everything. Grease is what prevents metal from banging on metal and peening out pins and joints. The axle pivot center support should have two zerks: one in front of the axle and one behind the front axle.

Check loader mounts as well .

I would check front axle pivot

The only thing I would add is to put your FEL bucket down and lift the front axle off the ground a bit to take the pressure off the pivot.

I have noticed the grease will go in much easier and likely get better distributed within the pivot.

Same goes for the other zerks, but I have notice a more pronounced difference with the front axle pivot joint.
