Never mind. It was low on coolant. I thought I checked it last fall and I was just looking at the overflow reservoir today and it was where it should be. The radiator was low.

I just wanted it to use to load a toolbox in back of my truck, I'm able to do that with a bucket although Forks would be easier. I think I will just sell the forks. Thanks for all the suggestions. I don't have a quick attach bucket.

Forklift went to the scrap yard a few months ago. I really don't need the forks, I was looking for an easier way to get my toolbox in the back of my truck, I use the bucket right now. I guess I will try to sell them or scrap them if I can't sell them.

They are the same as yours, I would like to be able to use them without removing the bucket if possible.

I acquired a set of 36-in forks off a scraped forklift. They were free. Has anyone done any modification to put them on to a bucket?

I replaced the fuel pump, mowed yard for about a half hour and it sputtered and died, it started back up mowed for another half hour, the same thing. It is installed correctly. It is a Stens aftermarket pump. There are no spacers, just a gasket. It just drips a little after shutting off. I emailed Stens and they said it could be a defective pump. I ordered it on Amazon and they are sending a replacement.

I just installed the new pump. It runs great. Instead of a weep hole there is a tube that comes out of the bottom. It runs great, no spraying fuel. But when I turn it off, fuel drips out of the tube.

A friend of mine spent 2 weeks in the burn unit after using gas to start a brush fire on a windless day. The fumes "puddled" on the ground and when he lit a match 20+ feet away, whoosh. He called me after calling 911. I beat the ambulance to his house, skin hanging off his arms and legs.

Luckily there is a guard that keeps the gas spraying on the muffler. I bought a Stens fuel pump for $100 less than a JD fuel pump.
