Adhesive for nylon in radiator bottom

Replace the radiator or the endcap. There is no way to weld or glue glass-filled nylon where it couldn't suddenly fail. Not worth the risk to your tractor.

    Cruise control kit install

There is no memory. When you disconnect, the magnet lets go of the pedal, and the tractor stops. To reengage, you get up to speed, and the magnet holds the pedal for you.

    CK3510 Charging Issues

It is probably your ignition switch. They are notorious for causing issues. Mine did the same thing. I sprayed some fluid film in it and worked it back and forth a bunch, and it's good for now. I'll have to pull my cab to replace it.

Added front and rear remote hydraulics to my CS2410

Got my front chute deflector all installed. I used hoses with built-in swivel ends so the hoses wouldn't twist. It looks like I will get to put it all to the test this week with another spring storm with 12-18" on the way!!

    Used CS2210 Purchase Question

As a price point I bought a used 2015 cs2410 200 hrs with loader, factory cab, 60in mid deck, and a 50in front blower. The only thing that had been used was the front blower, doesn't look like the loader or mower had ever been used. This was at a dealer and was traded in on a new Kioti cx2510. I...

    CX2510 Front Spacers

Front spacers actually harm your turning geometry and put more load on the stub spindle. I would stay away they are not needed.

    Gifted a Tractor... need help

Thats an older DK series probably a DK40 or DK45 probably a se version it is pre 2010 with the older light gray chassis paint. Also no emissions on that tractor, which is good. Nice tractor if you can get it running. It was common for the switch to go out on these, about $100 for a new one that...

Dash lights dead on a CS2220

It sounds like it is probably the main power going to the display. Lots of times it can be caused by the main start switch Spray some WD40 in it and work it back and forth a few times to see if that does anything. Next is to check the fuses, the one for the dash is the combimeter one normally...

    CS 2410 Cab Wiring Diagram

I figured out that my main key switch is not getting power to the relay to turn the cab on, which is also affecting the rpm gauge and bat charging. I sprayed it full of silicone Wd40, worked it back and forth a few times, and it came out of it. I will probably need to replace the switch in...

    CS 2410 Cab Wiring Diagram

I Lost all power to my CS 2410 factory cab today looks like it is probably a relay up in the cab as there are only 3 wires that go to it: Red +12 power, Black ground, and a Red/white for ignition on that I assume activates a relay in the headliner to power up the cab. The Large 20amp fuse in the...

Added front and rear remote hydraulics to my CS2410

I needed an extra set of hydraulic ports to be able to adjust my top chute deflector, but I also wanted the possibility of rear remotes as well. So I ordered the optional rear remote kit and then also ordered the extra parts for the front kit, as well as pipes and front disconnect mounts. I then...

    Kioti CS2510 with mid mower

I have the 60in MMdeck on my CS2410 mows like a dream very heavy-duty deck and it never clogs like my Deere one would. Just make sure it is adjusted correctly both on height (correct reading to the lever) side to side (level) and front lower than the back so the middle scalp roller works. Should...

    Tire Selection Carlisle Versa Turf

Just put a set on my Kioti CS2410. Have to say they are really good did some loader work moving compost and they never slip even on dormant grass where the snow just melted.
