By me all the refill companys do exchanges only, id rather do that, buying a new tank only to turn it in to the gas co and you get whatever they give you in exchange, you are also guaranteed that the tank you get is hydro tested certified so just get a couple of used cylinders off facebook...

it wont harm anything to add the anti gel but its not needed. If its in a heated garage and has no problems starting and getting up to temp, then the fuel being returned to the tank is being heated by the cylinder head as its being returned.

Mine is still working the way it should so i never followed up on it but always thought i would use old school springs and small turnbuckles if mine stopped working some trial and error to keep it from creeping.

my gas inverter gen 2000w will run for 10hrs on 1 gal of gas, i use it at night time to power a light,fridges and gas heat ala you let the gas run dry at end of use it has always started for me after 8 years. have 3 of them at different houses.they are very quiet.
