Who is selling these at auctions? The auction company themselves or some one else? Auction sales avoid the need for dealers but who is actually putting these out for auction?
In terms of chinese mini skid steers, garage connection posted a recent video of a rippa unit nd1635 that looks better built than many others. The frame for the loader mount was beefier and the hoses werent run externally on the frame. The drive sprockets also looked bigger.
On the topic of chains, I've been hand clearing an area of honey locust trees because I didn't want to puncture any of my tractor tires, especially the rear ones filled with fluid.
I've cut the trees down and hand raked most of the area, but I'm still finding thorns here and there.
It...
Personally, I don't want to spend $100,000 on an excavator plus another $25,000 on a mulching head.
It's very interesting to see what you've been able to design and build. I am glad there are still people in this world with your level of creativity and workmanship.
There is at least one TBN thread where the question has been asked whether Kubota prices are what they are in order to fund the zero interest finance program?
I'm only posting this question for discussion because I don't know the practical aspects of how it might work. But lets say you have a mini-x or backhoe that has a 14-17hp engine. Rather than try to change it out for a larger engine to power a cutter, could you add some kind of engine with a...
One of the Kubota dealers I tried to deal with in 2022 claimed not to even know about the equine discount. Another hadn't heard of it, then found it after I brought it up, and then said he wouldn't honor it anyway because he said they couldn't keep L2501s in stock. Finally found a dealer who...
I've been looking at minis on FB marketplace, the local ads, and at auction websites in Middle TN. My advice is to look for what is up for auction in your area because the actual auction sale prices I've seen this week are about half of the price sellers are asking on FB for the same machines.
In 2022, I had difficulty getting any of the kubota dealers to apply the equine discount much less negotiate. You need to carefully investigate what sales programs kubota is currently offering.
If there are any Yanmar dealers in your area, I'd look at what they have to offer, too.
My experience was that I couldn't find enough information about my insurance options on my own. I tried about four or five agents before I finally found one that could provide enough information for me to make any decisions. Some of them could quote premiums, but that was about all. They...
There's a thread on TBN discussing using stinky dryer sheets as mouse repellant for this reason. Plus with the heat generated by DPF systems on some tractors, it's possible for a mouse or bird's nest to cause a fire.
The football coach in my high school years paid for his college with football scholarships. Tough guy. By the time he was in his 60's, he had been through several back surgeries. The last one was so bad they kept him in a medical coma for a while and then sent him to a skilled nursing home...
Workers comp is controlled by statute. For sure, it has its own rules.
I can't overstate that a foot injury is serious because all of your weight being on it as you walk plus the shock load.
You might remember the great running back named Eddie George. As I recall, he was pretty much unstoppable until he suffered an injury to his big toe.
It would be a shame if you kept pushing yourself to the point that your foot doesn't heal properly and that ends up adversely affecting your...
I don't know if there's a substantial cost savings for you repairing vs factory rebuilding vs buying new, but I'd look into your options. Would a factory rebuild using the frame, tires and wheels you have allow some cost savings over buying an entirely new machine?
If we are talking about a chinese mini-excavator on wheels instead of tracks, the first issue is going to be that the machine will need hydraulic supports to raise it off the tires when digging so it doesn't bounce and blow the tires.
Another issue will be that the wheels likely won't have...
I bought a black MTL grapple for my L2501 for $1129 delivered. Compact Tractor 48"-54"-60" HD Root Grapple Hydraulic - quick attach — MTL Attachments With the l2501 lift capacity, you don’t want the grapple to be too big.
Based on prior post, I think RV means a relief valve built into the filter.
Some recommend changing the hydraulic fluid and engine oil immediately if you don't know whether the dealer already did that.
It would help your situation if you could drag the gravel that has built up on either side of your road back onto your road surface to fill in the ruts and to reduce the side berms that have accumulated. My initial thought is this would be easier to do with a dirt blade or landscape rake than a...
Using one of your photos to illustrate, one of your basic problems is your road bed has become a stream bed during rainfall because it's trapping the flow of water due to being the lowest point. At the top of the grade, the road bed looks essentially level. Coming down the hill, the tire track...
Noticed yesterday that one of the real estate ad sites showed permit history in addition to past sale history for residential property. So much resin is used to glue wood particles in building materials together now. Barely qualifies as wood.
Isn't any easier to read on Windows 10/Firefox.
I know it's not the same, but so many of the Chinese mini skid steers have at least two if not three pumps and the whole machine can be had for $5500.
I get good results with the Pferd. Also have the Oregon electric grinder with a CBD wheel which also puts a good edge on the chain. But for convenience and on the spot sharpening, I use the Pferd quite a bit.
Beautiful property. Like others, I'd suggest more crown to your road and doing what you can all along the slope to divert it off the road. You don't want it to run a long way downhill on your road because it will washout.
I don't know if Oakland PD has on line incident reports available like Nashville PD does. If they do, those along with your private security reports would help support your case for security fencing if that is something worth pursing.
That is another option. But disagreements will happen over who is or isn’t doing their fair share of the work and someone will want to sell when others don’t. So leaving an entire farm to multiple heirs as tenants in common is going to result in conflict. People who think treating them all...
One option used to be to create an irrevocable trust funded with a life ins. Policy on the farmer to cash out the non farmers. Don’t know if that is still a viable option, but the idea was to have the farm pass to those active on the farm and have cash pass to the others.
Another option is...
Fencing for goats is a lot of work. They now have some mesh electric fencing that is easier to put up and move, but it's still work to do that on a slope. Plus, I would guess you'd have to watch your step installing it if rattlesnakes are an issue in California, too, in overgrown brush.
That...
I guess it depends on expectations of whether the sick days are there only to be used as sick days or if the employer is actually going to compensate the employee for not using them at the end of their employment. If the new employer only purchased the assets of the hospital, generally the new...
Duration and diversification in quality stocks are key. An ETF tied to the S & P could work. Don't invest in something you don't understand that someone pitches to you.

If you're just dragging a few logs, I'd suggest making one of these pipe grabs like Smokeydog's version and using some decent chain. Front-End Loader - Danuser Intimdator
Had a friend who was over maintenance who retired because he was of that age and wanted to be with his daughter who had moved out of state. After he retired, his employer contracted with an outside company to handle maintenance. Their contract cost is at least 5x what the employer was...
If you want to get things done in this new corporate environment, I think you're going to have to figure out how to move things forward. Maybe the head of corporate security would be a new ally? Safety & security first. Decorating later.
I wondered if lighting would be the easiest and...
Maybe one way of justifying the cost of fencing/gating is to look at the cost of losing employees and/or increased costs in employee retention if it could be established that potential employees prefer to work elsewhere where the community is safer or your hospital has to pay more to induce...
1 & 8 along with your prior post about having to clean up needles outside immediately tells me your employees are concerned about their personal safety in the parking area. That is where I'd put my attention.
I haven’t added larger rock on top of an existing gravel road to know what it will do. I have put down larger rock on dirt on a hillside drive as base. It seems to be more resistant to washing out than smaller rock or crusher run.
If you posted a picture, that would help the rest of us see...
Whether the "updating" will do much for morale...employees may just think to themselves they could have used the extra money in their paychecks.
So your mom was still able to get around in 2023 to come see the tree. That's a good picture to have of her.
The lasting attributes are having surfaces that require more maintenance and if someone wants to go back to the wood finish, it's a difficult process stripping that much paint off wood. Also easy to damage the wood surface while trying to remove the paint.
The benefit to a TV show is the...
The problem for any buyer is knowing how much more tractor you are getting in the next frame size when you haven't operated any of them to compare them. For example, the MX5200 is about 2x the tractor as the L2501, and I have both. The MX is much more stable on hills. But it's hard to tell...
The 1920's era houses in Nashville that still have the original doors and millwork are the ones that command the higher prices today.
One of the renovation issues is you either can't get the same materials today or you can't afford them. Try finding enough clear stock for interior door and...
Yanmar and Kubota make reliable tractors. I own both brands. Kubota tends to have more dealers than Yanmar. Although Kubota has 0 interest financing, the nearby Yanmar dealer told me they offer 0 percent as well. I'd suggest that you carefully evaluate the dealers in your decision making...
Oakland probably has a permit application process that takes so long you'll be retired before the permit comes through.
Go ahead and coat the wood with a release agent to make it easier to strip the paint. ;)
once they extend the DPF rules to smaller diesels, only dealers will be able to deal with the limp modes. Once they get a certain age, I doubt they will repair them because they want to sell new units. the 1980's yanmars might still be running.
One of the dealers promotes his particular brand by saying the motor bolt pattern matches one of the USA name brands making it easy to change them out in 10 years. Do you know if the motor bolt pattern is the same for the generic chinese mini excavators or are they different so you can't just...
My Power trac 1445 has an auto brake. Is that something that could be added to the hydraulic system on these units? Not having control over downhill speed would be a real concern with my hills.
Those old Fords and Internationals were used by farmers who actually made a living with them. I can think of one farm where the Dad and the son are both deceased, and the grandkids sold the farm that meant everything to the Dad and son.
When I was looking for a slope mower, I didn't find many examples of rough cut slope mowers that use mid-mount decks. There's only so much clearance to the ground. My experience with mid-mount mowers is they tend to push tall and thick material over instead of cutting it. When the slope...

Does your flail mower discharge towards your L6060 or away from it?
Front rotary cutters have some advantages, but the amount of loose material and dust that comes back at the tractor and the operator is their disadvantage in my experience.

The exact numbers will vary based on options and discounts, but the prices I paid for a 2022 l2501 and a 2024 Jetta were in the same ballpark.
Saw a yt video saying the median price of a home doubled in the last 40 years when adjusted for inflation.
I don't think we'd see other brands like...
Fwiw, there are some internet papers discussing the holding power of helical tie backs placed in sand. But starting to get so deep into many factors that it looks like something that requires an expert which I am not.
How steep is your terrain and could you post a picture of it?
The issue with caster front wheels on steep hills is you have no control over them.
Don't know about your Toro, but many ZTRs don't have any brakes to stop a downhill run.
Many of the gas engines on these types of mowers aren't...
We have some 50+ year old T posts. I suspect, but can't prove, that the newer T posts aren't as thick and are more brittle.
One concern with anchoring into sand is whether T posts would work their way out of it over time. The helical ties are designed to bore into soil and then have...
I am still amazed at seeing what a forestry mulcher can do on a compact track loader, and it's a wonder they don't tear themselves to pieces in the process. That being said, I don't think I could justify the $150,000 or so starting investment cost.
This thread started with what at first looked to be a simple problem, but one of the last photos shows a very complicated and large project that is very far along. In a perfect world, the drain and tie backs would have been installed in courses as the base was built up.
I'm the one who...
Having a guy to feed the block and another guy to catch it at the end of the ramp is different than working solo. I’ve roped stones down a ramp before. Not fun.
Nation of subservient serfs.
The retirees that bought condos thinking they were more affordable and someone else would handle the maintenance would seem hit pretty hard. Inspectors will tend to say they need all kinds of repairs which cost a lot these days. If they can’t afford the...
That whole shingle roof insurance thing in Florida looks like a can of worms.
The other big issue in Florida seems to be the relatively new state requirement that condos have fully assessed and funded maintenance.
Seems like the more they try to regulate, the worse it gets for homeowners...
Every picture you add to this thread shows much more layers of complexity to this project.
I disagree with the installer. Water tends to go to the lowest point in a trench, then fills the pipe to carry it away.

Could be better to wait on buying any tractor until you find the property you want so you get a machine that is tailored to your use case. Unless you find some great deal….
With the drain slots only being on the bottom, there is the risk of clogging with fine material. This is why I posted the importance of bedding the pipe in gravel and covered with filter fabric.
Correct installation of drain pipe is actually a tedious process.
The drain slots need to be on the bottom and pitched correctly in a bed of gravel to carry water to daylight. I would cover the gravel/pipe with filter fabric in a situation like this.
I built a tractor shed pretty soon after buying my first tractor. Never liked using tarps.
Our weather has been everything from 20 to 72 with ice to sunshine. Been removing honey locusts. Slow work dealing with the thorns removing from the trunk and burning them in a burn barrel.
I haven't priced white oak lately. You can look up oak strength vs pine.
Oak is also more dense and heavier. I think it would be more resistant to damage than PT pine, but the disadvantage is your trailer weight will go up a bit.
White oak will be stronger than PT pine of the same dimension. White oak (but not red oak) has the reputation of being decay resistant. If needed, a sawmill can also saw it thicker for you than what you'd find at a box store, but you might have to do some trailer modifications to install it...
The additional picture really shows the issue much better.
Because of the amount of labor involved and never wanting to do this again, I'd check for any YouTube videos that discuss this. Fine Homebuilding might have some articles, too. Might even try calling a manufacturer's rep for...
Can't speak for your tractor specifically, but most tractor fenders are simply sheet metal and not suitable as a ROPS mounting point. Most ROPS on tractor's I've seen bolt to the rear axle assembly.
Could you explain this a bit more please? By new gas, do you mean gas that no longer has lead in it (todays nonethanol) or do you mean ethanol gas? I seem to recall ethanol gas can wreck a carb if left sitting for about 30 days, but I don't know how unleaded gas affects engines that were...
I never used to think that a gas can could ever become a prized possession. These new fuel cans probably cause more gas to be spilled into the environment than the old ones ever did because they are so functionally messed up.
My experience has been that having a Terramite T5c backhoe/loader means its always ready without swapping implements. Its also designed to operate as a backhoe/loader. However, bigger is better when it comes to removing large stumps or rocks as well as moving material you've dug up with the hoe...
I own a L2501 and a MX5200. The MX is much more stable on hills, but I have yet to find any official Kubota spec for the maximum rated slope. If you are thinking of spending that kind of money for an MX, you might as well look at a Power Trac PT1445 which is a 45hp articulating machine that...
Tennessee, but mainly I wanted to see if anyone else had experience with eBay concerning sales tax exempt status.
One hesitation I have about buying any of these machines is not knowing what parts support there is today or will be in the future.
No other retailer in my state that I have dealt with handles tax exemptions via a refund post sale. They ask for proof of the exemption and then no tax is charged on the sale. If the sales tax is due, it is due on the entire transaction amount including shipping, etc.
Thanks for your assessment. I submitted farm sales tax exemption to eBay. They wouldn’t apply it to my eBay account and told me to submit a sales tax refund request for ag purchases. Has anyone else run into this while buying one of these machines on eBay?
In your personal opinion, how does the AGT NT18 compare to the Typhon Terror XIX and XVIII? There is one sitting at a local seller who is asking $11,800 delivered. 2024 Latest AGT 1.4 ton Mini & Small Excavator, Side Swing Diesel For - agrotkindustrial
I think that's why these are so popular. The rental cost in my area is something like $350 a day for a mini-ex. Dealing with rentals is a real pain from a convenience viewpoint.
Grading so that water runs off the driveway surface is extremely important when dealing with a grade. If the water runs down the driveway surface instead of running into a ditch, it's going to washout. If you get a really hard rain ("gully washer"), it can wash regardless.
Don't know how it will play out, but I get the impression that LA has limits on how much a residential landlord can increase rent. After the LA fires, I've read that many landlords have jacked rents considerably despite the city's rent controls.
A grapple that has openings between the tines allows minor debris to fall out. I keep my landscape box on the rear as a counterweight and built a carrier on it for my chainsaw, etc.
I don't use it for woods work, but I also built a heavy wooden box insert that fits in my grapple to carry...
Ordinarily, I strongly prefer any diesel engine to a gas engine in a tractor. Don't really like the 20hp V twin gas engine in my Terramite backhoe for example. Seems to burn a lot of gas in a day.
Is a diesel really worth it to power these chinese mini excavators compared to the ones that...
Can be really difficult to get a metal roof to seal when the roof structure is complicated. There's a local elementary school that has a rounded quonset style roof over the gym that's roofed with a rubber membrane. It's not really a candidate for any other kind of roofing material.
The other...
She needs a competent attorney to advise her. A probate case should have been opened and showing on line by now even if the will itself is not available on line. Deadlines are running whether she knows it or not.

Rather than guess at what has or hasn’t happened, call the clerk and ask if a will has been probated. The clerks probate docket might be on line, but try calling to see what you can find out from a human. If a will has been probated, get a copy.
If the will got changed shortly before the dad...
I would never suggest relying on screws into Osb without using pine furing strips. Also, using dome head screws should extend the life of the sealing gaskets compared to screws where the gasket edges are exposed.
The actual lifespan of today’s shingles vs screw down roofs, I don’t know.
When I got roof quotes about 2 years ago, there wasn’t much difference between shingles and a screw down metal roof. Standing seam different situation.
Maybe okay, but IMPO, much depends on whether everything was already in the trust and set for easy distribution with no infighting among the heirs and only minimal attorney work required.
Whether the fee is in line with the work actually needed and a reasonable hourly rate in your community means looking into what you were charged and what others would have charged for the same work in your community.
Generally, the fee will be whatever the heirs don't object to, but if you...
Sometimes a trust can simplify things or sometimes it can complicate things leading to more expense. I'd want to know the number of hours, the rate, and what work needed to be done. If it's a $12,500 bill for a $12,500,000 estate....
The gear drive on the 77s will cut lumber that will stall other saws. The start up torque is so much more that you have to be careful about starting your cut so it starts where you intend instead of twisting off to the side.
The fact that some were able to save their homes by pumping water from their home pools with $400-500 of inexpensive equipment IMO disproves the excuse that nothing could have been done to save all the homes that were lost.
The guy whose video I watched appeared to only be using a hose with a fire nozzle and no sprinklers. He also appeared to be using the 1" HF clear water pump that has a very fuel efficient 79cc engine and a 35 gallons per minute rate of flow rating.
If someone lives in a rural area that...
I suspect the ones that were able to pump water to save their homes had pools as a water source independent of the city.
Now wondering which ones will get prosecuted for sticking around to save their homes in spite of the mandatory evacuation orders issued because the people who were supposed...
Haven't followed all of Nashville's sub real estate markets, but the one I still continue to follow has the same house listings still sitting for at least 60 days. But it's not comparable to the LA situation.
edit: just watched yet another interview involving Makas Dasigenius who saved his...
The t474 is a popular choice because it has the kukje engine which doesn’t use a lot of electronics to meet emissions rules. More than 35hp, but you would be getting more tractor for your money. There are those who say the Branson 4820 is a better choice because it's more substantially built...
The guy who saved his house in the interview I watched used what appeared to be a gas powered trash water pump. He used his pool as a water source. Couldn’t see the brand. This one is $289 at harbor freight plus the cost of hoses...
The mortgage lenders lend based on the appraised value put on the property by their approved appraiser, and they expect insurance coverage in line with that appraisal. The borrower is at risk of having their loan called if they can't obtain insurance coverage expected by the lender before the...
I keep thinking the insurance companies will pull out of LA now that the inability to control these large scale fires is apparent. Doesn’t matter what their budget is if they don’t have water to fight the fires. Lenders won’t lend without insurance coverage.
As for the rest of the US...
If I came around a lightly used BCS/yanmar at an excellent price, I'd be inclined to buy it.
The gas engine models were less expensive to buy and probably lighter. I'm not sure that any diesel engine option is now available on new BCS. Didn't look at all the options, but what I did see was...
They had a 20v inflator on sale for $19 if you already have their battery system. Beats carrying an air tank, IMO.
Bought their Bauer concrete mixer. Does a good job of mixing, quiet, and the poly tub is easy to wash out.
I’m not sure how you clear snow. I think a snow shovel would catch the edges?
As far as durability, I have used one for years as an outdoor mat. It’s pretty tough. Some fading, but not bothersome to me.
You can buy an inexpensive digital level to measure the steepness of your slope. If it really is 30, that is where few machines are rated for that. That is where Ventrac, Steiner, and Power trac machines are rated.
Cub Cadet also makes some slope mowers but I don’t recall if they make one...
It occurred to me while I was out running my old Bachtold walk behind brush cutter this week that it was a labor saving machine to the hard working men it was designed for who were probably accustomed to using a manual brush swing blade. They cut and burned a lot of wood to stay warm, too.
I don't own one, but there are some posts here saying that the Kujke engine used on TYM/Branson tractors is still a mechanical diesel engine if that is really what you are looking for. I'm not saying it's an engine that will fit into an 8n. I'm just saying the Kujke engine apparently hasn't...
Every TBN member who either has or wants a 16hp or so chinese made mini-ex must be salivating at the sight of your cutter.
I wouldn't have expected a 17hp backhoe to have enough power to run a cutter?
Could you explain the way you've oriented the skid shoes perpendicular to the tractor...
I'm seeing a swing boom XIX for $11,115 and one without the swing boom for $10,069.95 on the eBay listings. So which one? I was looking at buying a mini ex with tracks because I have about 8 honey locust trees with huge thorns to remove. Plus I have some other tree debris to clean up. Would...
This is not so much pertaining to the church property as generally pertaining to the entire mountain area. In many places, roads were built at the bases of mountains on the "flat" terrain adjacent to a river or stream because that was the most feasible place to build roads through the...
Most of these rivers in the Smokey mountains are peaceful and serene. It took a tremendous amount of rainfall from Hurricane Helene in a very short period to cause mudslides down the mountains and for the streams to rise 30' or more. It is very rare that rainfall of this magnitude happens in...
I have yet to figure out the differences between models on their website. It's like they have 10-12 models on there that seem to use about the same HP gas engine, but have different model numbers and not necessarily the same brand engine.
Based on the damage to the tree line in the aftermath photo, I don't think 8' piers are going to get a new building elevated above the flood area. Plus, the trees and boulders that washed downstream in some areas knocked out well built bridge foundations.
I would not donate if they intend to rebuild at the same location shown in those pictures.
Standard property insurance doesn't cover flood damage. Most didn't have flood insurance because it hasn't flooded in the mountains in about 100 years.
The issue for many of these communities is how...
What I think I have is an open center lift/tilt valve with maybe 5-6 gpm flow using 1/4 hoses. Would this be the best place to integrate a solenoid or would you think I should use the control valve for the quick attach?
Drilling two holes to mount the piranha tooth bar was no big deal. My tractor bucket was bent because the prior owner put too much in it. It took some persuading to get the tooth bar mounted to it.
At least the review of the XIX shows a hydraulic filter where so many "reviews" of other machines totally skirt around there not being one at all on them. IMO, seems really shortsighted to cut corners by not including any hydraulic filtration on these other machines.
I'm not exactly sure which of the Summit third function kits is the one to pick for the PT1445.
Wonder why PT put this control valve down below the lift/tilt lever if they expect that customers will use it to control grapples, etc?
Looking through this forum, a couple of you have added electric solenoid diverters to run a grapple and then some apparently use the factory quick attach valve to open and close their grapples.
Using the factory quick attach valve means swapping the hose from the latch cylinder to the grapple...
I first put the Piranha tooth bar on a full size tractor. It was good for ripping out briars. Traded the tractor, but put the tooth bar on the bucket on my Terramite backhoe that had a smooth edge. Now I can dig into dirt piles more easily.
You don't want to bump into that toothed edge...
You need to check with local family law attorney for all ramifications, but emancipation might be an option to allow the child to enter into contracts. But the ins co will have its own requirements. No point in emancipation if ins co still won’t insure for other reasons.
m5040 was correct. The fuel filter was hand tight, but loose when I put a strap wrench on it. Seems to not be leaking now, but this motivated me to drill a couple of holes to mount a fire extinguisher. I think it's out of the way enough that it will work for me.
I don’t think it’s practical to try busting through the thick layer of limestone in middle TN with any hand digger bar. Usually it’s 8 to 12 inches thick with another layer below it.
You could roughly find the angle by using one of the trees in the background as the vertical compared to the tilt of the rear tire. I wouldn’t want to have been in the operators seat. Glad you weren’t hurt.
One of my friends in middle TN rented a rock drill which I believe was track driven. Nothing else would bore through the layer of limestone on his farm.
I am going to wait until the new filter arrives. What sort of wrench is good for removing the filter in this tight space? A strap wrench?
How are the hose clamps removed? Haven’t seen this style before.
Fuel isn't just leaking when the machine is running, it is actually spewing out from the top of the filter housing on the side facing the engine block. I don't have a way of making a photo of the back of the filter, but you can see where fuel has been on the side of the filter in the oval area...
Went to blow the debris out of my 1445 this afternoon after finishing mowing and noticed that the engine was smoking. Then I saw diesel fuel spewing out of the top of the fuel filter onto the engine block. This machine still has the original fuel filter with 68 hours on the machine. No fire...
In some ways, Power Trac is a less mechanically complex tractor because both propulsion and pto power are hydraulically powered. The PT425 is used by some tree service companies instead of mini skid steers for tree removal work with grapples. Less expensive to buy and less destructive of...
My trailer wiring seems to be shot so I bought this entire LED lighting kit today at the $30 sale price and bought a spare for which ever trailer needs it next. HF threw in one of their buckets, too. https://www.harborfreight.com/12V-LED-Trailer-Light-Kit-64275.html?event_id=183222
