My chainsaw looks like this after putting only 2 tanks of used oil through it and that’s not even counting the puddle of it leaked out or the other side of it where I spilled it in the cap. I won’t be using that anymore.

    $100,000 to replace a $28,000 tree they didn't own but sold for $2,000 ???

Not really. Lack of a functional brain doesn’t relieve you from criminal negligence. Anyone with any sense would know the park doesn’t mess around with cutting their trees and would have done a survey and pulled string down the line before cutting a sapling much less a 5.5 foot diameter tree...

Hundreds of different models? There was a few V-8 Detroits from decades ago non of which were very good, the 7.3, 6.0, and 6.4 served an a few medium duty trucks they also weren’t very good. The 3408 Cat motor is the only one I know of that served in class 8 trucks and made decent power.

    $100,000 to replace a $28,000 tree they didn't own but sold for $2,000 ???

They actually are nice places. I went on a trip out there this summer. Besides a few crap holes Washington and Oregon are beautiful states. And Seattle isn’t nearly as bad as Portland. Cities aren’t my thing anyway but Seattle is no worse than average. Portland has been reduced to a city wide...

    $100,000 to replace a $28,000 tree they didn't own but sold for $2,000 ???

If all you had to do was pay back an equal amount for what was stolen that wouldn’t be much of a deterrent for theft would it? It’s not like these clowns have 100k anyway so the fine could just as well be a million dollars.

    $100,000 to replace a $28,000 tree they didn't own but sold for $2,000 ???

How is it government waste? It’s no secret the government takes destruction of park property seriously. It should be no surprise they’re prosecuting for cutting one of the largest trees in the state.

Wouldn’t just buying something besides a 6.4 be considered adapting? Some products are junk and there’s no need to claim otherwise. My old and tired 6.5 was having overheating problems trying to pull my equipment. I could’ve made mods to increase the cooling or I could just hook on my other...

Emissions equipment is continuing to cause problems but at least most manufacturers were able to build an engine that doesn’t continuously cause significant damage to itself. I’ll agree with that claim but I’m still buying trucks from the days when ram sucked lol. I hate the new front ends on a Chevy truck. When I do decide to buy something newer it won’t be one of those. I’m not a fan of the new Chevy seats either.

How to tap into propane (iron pipe) line

75 feet of 3/4 line definitely won’t support 355k btu if it’s at the typical supply pressure of 2-3 psi. If you can bump the supply pressure up it might work.

How to tap into propane (iron pipe) line

Does your setup have a propane regulator on the engine and supply to engine at bottle pressure vs have the regulator first? I’ve never done much work with propane but with natural gas the supply line is such low pressure that it takes a large diameter to get anything done.
