Snow pushers are amazing, especially for "carrying" snow. The only time you need to worry about enough tractor is the very first "cut" through. After that you simply take whatever size bite the snow weight will allow.

A trailer manufacturer who offered a "floater" tire package would do well. It would cost some width in a deck between the wheels arrangement but shouldn't be a problem with everything above the tires. Most of the trailer tires are what could be called "pizza cutters"!

If you can fill this area in a manner that allows acess to it you can "roll" it will your tractor. A bucket load of dirt and the skinny front tires do a great job compacting. Plenty enough for simple filling for grading.👍
