    Did it display that code on the dash? The service code format is xx-xx, with a dash between the numbers.

    That means the lever is working.

    It won't start unless it is in neutral. Put the lever in F or R and turn the key on, you should hear the beeper and the red FNR light on the dash should flash.

    My V417 is about the same age and have had very few problems with it🤞. What code is it showing? To display the service codes, press and hold the Work Lights button for three seconds. Use the Up and Down buttons to scroll if there are more codes.

    No, it is typically the lever on one side coming unlatched. And I do recommend twisting the tube back the other way to line up the sides again. You have to go slightly past straight to allow for the springback in the tube. Go slow and small until it comes back straight.
