I encourage all my customers to let me drive a steel t-post at their corners since many of them have just bought said property and already have a very recent survey that enables me to find the corner markers or capped rebar.

Any property that I have ever bought I have looked for the corner markers prior to purchase, and I never could figure why others wouldn't want to know, but I would say 75% of the people that I work for don't know where their corner markers are.

There are 2 types of threads on grease fittings, SAE and Metric, so they may not be stripped, and you may already know this but just in case there it is, also Harbor Freight sells a kit of both SAE and Metric grease fittings, I have one of each and it has been invaluable.

2,4,D will kill wild mustard and will not harm grass, as always read the label, but it should get it done for you.

I cut hay today and had to shutdown for about 10 minutes and herd a covey of very young wild turkey chicks into the woods and out of the hay field to safety towards where their momma went.

That's pushing the limits of the 32hp tractor but if the conditions are right and or you are willing to gear down and cut slow under a little taller grass you should be able to do it.
