I have starting issue just did over haul has new starter new battery but still won't start thinking it's electrical but can't seem to find all my grounds and thought maybe a diagnostic schematic would help also notice on left side of engine theirs seems to be fuel dripping seem like from a bolt

Is it turning over? Or nothing?

It might help some if you mentioned whether the tractor is old enough that it has an injection pump or not. Common sense fuel systems are easier to diagnose than common rail. Also specify if the problem is getting the starter to turn the engine or getting the engine to run. Possibilities could be endless without better details.
