Your not gonna have any power if the DPF is plugged like this. Does the exhaust sound and feel very muffled?

Being that it was running so bad before the rebuild, the DPF might be plugged. :unsure: Also, did you swap out the fuel for known good fuel. If not, you don't know if there is gasoline or even paint thinner in there.

Did you clean/replace/bypass the DPF?

If the skids were mine, I would go right to a 1/2" bolt. Drill (tap drill), tap the skid, then use the bolt to hold the nut in place so you can weld it. The threads would then be through the weldment, and the nut.

Forget the bolt-on PRO tooth bar as your bucket doesn't have the edge holes. The Piranha Pro Bolt On requires that your factory loader bucket have holes in the welded cutting edge. If a replaceable edge is currently installed you will need to remove it to allow installation.

Is your bucket pre-drilled with mounting holes? I'm sure the extra cost of the pro bar includes the extra price of matching the hole spacing of your bucket.

PCV valve is normally up under the valve cover. It is used to separate oil from the crankcase vapors and to vent those vapors into the intake manifold. Caution must be used when filling the engine with oil. Too fast and you can fill a cylinder with oil and cause hydrolock. See service bulletin...

More than likely you have a bunch of water/debris blocking the passage between the tank and filter. Trace your way back to the tank to find the blockage.

I have a Range disabler in my 2013 and it works fine. It will run the battery down if you don't drive much. You can get a extension wire for it that has an on/off switch. Most of my driving is local back roads so I shift into M5 which keeps it in v8 mode without using the Range.

If I were back in the shop and it was my unit and the bearings were fine, I would spray weld in a lathe to build up the surface.

You need to know what BCI group (design) your battery is so the shape will fit ok. Your old one is 800 CCA which is how much ummph it has.

When warm enough the snow is melting on the chute, I liberally spray the pivots with lube so the oil displaces moisture. It is not a sure fix, but it helps.

You can always test your fuel by putting a small sample in a plastic bottle and throw it in your freezer. My good winter fuel will stay clear while some fuel, even at big name stations, will be cloudy.

Rebuild kits for the V2403 engine show replaceable liners. Both holes through the casting would have to be tapped and plugged. The outside hole may have to be bigger to allow the tap to reach the inner hole. Use a high temp thread sealer.
