Fender lights 2006 Toolcat 5600

My Fender lights on my 2006 toolcat do not work. I have tested the bulbs and they do work off another 12v source. All fuses in the passenger side fuse panel are intact and working.
All other lights are working. Is there another fuse that is buried somewhere that is missing? Switch still works and the running lights are functional.

I am at a loss, any wisdom would be appreciated.

There are 2 fuse panels, one by your rh heel and one up by your rh toe. The one by your toe, fuse 5 and relay 12 is "light". Fuse 6 and relay 14 is optional "drive lights". The heel panel has optional marker lights fuse 3 and 4 and relay 12. This is all on a G series TC.

I looked at the parts diagram for a unit like yours and it is way different than my G series. I'm afraid I can't be of any help to you on this.

If the other lights are working (marker lights, overhead work lights), and the selector switch on the dash is working, it has to be a the drive light relay. I believe it will be one of three relays hanging off the harness under the driver's seat. That relay and the selector switch are the only components that will only affect the road lights. A fuse would affect other lights. Could also be a broken wire of course.

Edit: I just looked at my 2006. There are three inline fuses under the driver's seat, one of them is for the road lights. For some reason they are not shown on the schematic.
