I have had my 4500 for about 8 years and have been using it for TLB work. It has 2600 hours on it. Heavy on the backhoe. Today it gave up the ghost. When I was pushing forward to load up the bucket, I heard a big pop. I thought that the backhoe subframe popped a bolt. When I crawled...
I need to get a service manual for my JD 4500. What is the best source for a factory manual?
I generally do not like non-factory manuals, but are there any decent ones for my JD4500 out there?
I have a JD 4500 w/ MFWD and a PoweReverser transmission. I cannot get it into the C range. Also, when I move between A, B, neutral and C it feels 'gritty', and there are no distinct stops between any of the ranges. I could live w/o the 'C' range but am worried that I will lose the other...
I know that it allows the tractor to 'export' the hydraulic power it produces, but not much more than that. Is it for open or closed systems, what kind of load sensing does it require, etc.
I want to design & build a fairly involved implement for my JD. I would like to start by getting a solid model of my JD4500. I guess that any JD4000 series would be close enough. I guess it does not even have to be a JD, but I would feel better if it were. In particular, I would want good...
On my 4500, about every 20 starts or so my starter grinds. When this happens it seems as if the starter gear starts spinning before it is fully extended. I immediately release the key and then try to start again. Usually if it does it once, it will grind two or three times. I had the starter...
I have a 4500 tractor & a Model 48 backhoe. The backhoe has seen allot of heavy use but is was doing some very light work today. My son was operating it and heard a 'pop' right after he dumped a bucket of dirt and started to swing the boom back towards the hole. After the 'pop' the swing...
My JD is about 15 years old & has 2000 hours on it. It has been used mostly as an excavator & for land clearing work. Needless to say, the bodywork is rough, broken up, etc. I have tried to fix it (w/ fiberglass/SMC repair) but right now it is beyond repair. Replacing all the bodywork piece...
Sometimes when I try to start (i.e. crank the engine over) my starter it grinds w/o turning the engine over. This happens about once in ten times.
I had the starter to a starter/alternator shop & they took it apart and said that the starter looked brand new inside & that everything worked...
I have a John Deere 4500 with a 3rd Selective Control Valve (SCV). I just got a grader blade w/ a cylinder & finally will use the 3rd SCV. Is there a standard type hydraulic fitting for the JD SCV? I need to know so that I get the correct hydraulic hoses made up.
I have a John Deere 4500 that I will be using for snow removal. I have about 6000 sq. ft. & a 100 yard long driveway that has a 25% grade. I just got a 8' scraper blade & tire chains for that task. The rear tires are 17.5L-24. I would load them w/ 50 gallons of RV coolant (propylene glycol)...
What is the difference between a RB3796 and a RBT3596? Seems like the RBT is set up for hydraulics for offset, tilt and angle, but the hydraulics themselves are options while the RB is set up for only the hydraulic angle. The RBT is about 80 lbs. heavier and but I don't know about the...
I need to get a salt spreader. It would be just for residential use. I have 5000 sq.ft. of driveway to salt, half of which is on a 25% grade. I am in western PA (just east of Pittsburgh) and although we don't get a ton of snow, it's not unusual to get a couple of inches of wet heavy snow...
I need help picking a scrape blade size. The primary use will be snow removal although I will use it as a grader blade as well. I have a John Deere 4500 MFWD tractor. The tractor is 39 HP & w/the FEL weighs 4400 lbs. The rear tire track is adjustable ranging from 6' to 8' (from outside to...
Found a 1978 New Holland 451 w/ two tooth bars for $1000. Based on pictures seems to be in OK shape (other than some fairly significant rust on the bars & cutters). Is this a decent price? I see newer ones for allot more than $1000 (which is the upper limit on what I want to spend). What...
I have a PoweReverser 4500 w/ a 48 backhoe on it. I bought it 2 years ago from a JD dealer w/ the backhoe attached and have never taken it off. I tried to take the backhoe off yesterday and the rockshaft as not lifting at all. There is even some slack between the rockshaft pins and where they...
I have a JD4500 that is in need of some bodywork. A branch got thru the FEL brush guard and pushed on the radiator grill. The grill pushed on the side panels, the side panels pushed on the two cowl halves that surround the instrument cluster. The tabs are broken on all these parts. All the...
I have had this propane torch for a couple of years and it has worked great. All of a sudden the automatic lighter does not work. Is it repairable? Not a ton of money (can get another torch head fro $35), but if there is a quick fix, I'd rather not spend the $35.
I need to get some inner tubes for by JD4500 for the front tires (10-16.5 R4). I am having a tough time finding these on the internet & most local shops cannot get inner tubes. I am in western PA, just east of Pittsburgh. I have not checked w/ JD but their tire prices are way high. If anyone...
Manual indicates that suction screen should be cleaned w/ a mild solvent. I have carburetor cleaner (gallon can w/ bucket in it). Can I clean the screen in this or would it be too aggressive?
I have a 4 chains that I have used to cut some big stumps up out of the ground into small enough pieces so that my JD 4500 could pull the stump bits out. The chains were blistering hot as they were cutting thru clay dirt, imbedded rocks and occasionally some wood. I can get the chains...
I desperately need to find this part used. Mine broke & the dealer can only sell a new assembly (can't get internal parts to rebuild). Part cost is $951 (plus another $80 for an inner tie rod end).
Anyone know of a used JD parts salvage yard? I called up all the ones I could find on the web...
I broke my tie rod on my 4500 today. Bent it like a pretzel. I've been running the tractor pretty hard lately, but nonetheless, was surprised at this. I have been moving tons (as in several hundred ) of gravel not to mention the earth moving (heavy clay & shale). The front tires cut their...
I will be running a PEX water line to my pole barn. Will a 3/4" line be big enough for a 120' run, or, should I go to a 1"? Will use the water to wash things down, run a pressure washer, etc.
Also will be running a natural gas line. Will 1/2" be big enough or should I go 3/4"? What kind...
I'm putting in a french drain that will catch water from a spring, a big hillside, and gutters from two buildings (my house and a 40x60 pole barn). There will be two curtain drains each going around the back of the buildings that will have 4" HDPE perforated pipe. These two curtains and the...
I am putting in some french drains. I was planning to cut a ditch that is 12" wide and 3 feet deep, drop a 4" solid (non-corrugated PVC or HDPE) perforated pipe. I was going to fill with 2" to 3" crushed limestone. This is just regular non-washed aggregate. One of my friends suggested that I...
I have approximately 500' of french drains to put in around a pole barn that I just built & the driveway that runs into it. I was going to dig the trenches 3' to 4' deep, put in a little bit of B3 gravel, drop in a 4" drain pipe, then fill up w/ B3 gravel. The reason that I was going to go...
I put up a pole barn/garage & had to do a lot of leveling & digging around. I'm finally at a point where I am beginning to start finishing the parking area in front of the garage & driveway and have some questions. Eventually I will put in concrete, but not for a while.
The parking area is...
I have 6 to 8 stumps piled up that I have been trying to burn. After a good hot fire is lit (an alot of coals underneath the stumps), the stumps will smolder for a day or so, but will not continue to burn. The trees were cut down 6 months ago, although some of the stumps were just dug out of...
The manual indicates that valve lash is to be checked every 500 hours & my tractor is just past 1000. I can't believe that it is difficult to do this. Does anyone have a procedure & the hot & cold valve lash specs?
I was reviewing my operators manual and surprised to see that the transmission oil is to be changed every 200 hours - is this correct? I have the PowrReverser transmission. The manual lists Type F automatic transmission fluid as being acceptable. Anybody running Type F? I'll probably end...
What grease should be used to lubricate a FEL & backhoe? I know it should be an EP grease. I picked up some extreme-duty 3% moly grease at tractor supply, which I'm sure is good, but it's also $4.50 for a 14 oz. tube. The cheaper regular lithium greases did not have the EP additives. I'll go...
Had to fix a cracked rim. After I fixed it the tire shop mounted the R4 backwards (opposite the proper rotation direction). I didn't notice until I got back home & needed to get tractor back to work. Quite honestly, I have not noticed a difference in traction. I will get the tire remounted...
I bend the bucket cylinder rod on my John Deere 48 backhoe. I was pulling a stump out and and was driving the tractor & dragging it. The cheapest rod I could find is on 'Green Farm Part" for $224. How difficult is it to rebuild the bucket cylinder? Are there any special tools needed. I'm...
When relubing an FEL & Backhoe, how much grease should be used? I pump grease in until I start seeing some start to ooze out the sides. THis takes between 6 to 10 pumps from a grease gun. Am I overgreasing?
I just purchased a used 4500 JD. It has R4 tires. Thought I had a flat, but when I went to get it fixed found out that the rim is cracked. I have a mig welder and am debating welding this up. I would weld a series of tacks then use a needle scaler to beat back down. This would be done to...
What is the weight of a 48 Backhoe (backhoe for a 4500 tractor)? THe operators manual lists 670 lbs. I would have thought that this backhoe would be much heavier.
I have R4s on my 4500 an cannot believe how much worse the traction is compared to R1s in mud/muck. Granted I have never had R1s w/ this tractor, but my 9200 Kubota gets around like a dirt bike w/ it's R1s.
What is the cheapest that I can expect to pay for a set of 8-16 R1 front & 14.9-24 R1...
I just bought a 2000 4500 w/ a Power Reverser. What is the proper way to run a Power Reverser? I assume that I should be at a full stop when going from forward to reverse. Is this correct or can I be at a slow roll? If I shift at a slow roll will the wet clutch be abused & wear prematurely...
I have a sloped parking area that I want to build up w/ stone before pouring some concrete. The area is 50' by 50'. One of the four corners slopes away significantly - 30". Can I build up w/ stone - B3 (1.5" to 3" stone size)? If I do, will I have to compact as I build up?
I am looking at a JD 4500 tractor w/ a 48 backhoe. I was surprised to see that the backhoe is not subframe mounted. How strong is this backhoe? If the backhoe is run hard will the tractor axle/transmission where backhoe gets mounted get damaged?
I'm looking at a L3350 w/ a BF800 FEL & a 4540 Backhoe. It is a MFWD 8 speed w/ a hydraulic shuttle. The tractor only has 668 hours, but has been stored outside it's entire life & is very weathered. The rear tires (12.4-24) are brand new. The fronts (8-16) are 30% and have some cracks on...
I'm looking at a 1996 New Holland 1720 w/ a 7308FEL & Woods 7500 Groundbreaker backhoe. It is a MFWD and has a 12/4 transmission. The 3 point arms, turnbuckles/etc. are missing. The Rear tires are really good shape and the front are 50%. It has 2000 hours but from the pictures & was...
I have a slow leak on my front tire. It is a 6-12 r1 & I'm not sure if it has a tube or not. Should i put in some slime to fix the leak or take the tire off & do it right?
I'm looking for an older backhoe, something from the 580CK era. Not that I have any affinity for old backhoes other than their lower cost. Seems like I can get a 580CK for $4K. Also finding some 580B & 530CK at that price point, but as soon as I look even for a 580C the price jumps up allot...
I'm looking at a diesel 530 CK w/ loader & backhoe. Everything works, 6 cylinders have been recently repacked, brakes are weak (owner said thy have been recently replaced, but weak by design).
I will be using it for general excavation (moving a hill side back), 400' of 3'x5' french drain...
I need to replace my steering box on my MFWD B9200. The cost from the dealer is $1800. I have been seeing allot of steering boxes for L175/L185/L245 on the internet for under $500. Seems to be similar in size & layout to mine. Does anyone know how difficult it would be to get one of these to...
I broke the steering box on my MFWD B9200. It has manual steering and not the power steering. Started calling around to see what a replacement will cost and am getting serious sticker shock - the prices for the assembly are anywhere from $1200 to $1700. I guess that I am going to tear into...
I'm putting up a detached garage that will be a pole barn building. I'm debating on what I will want the sides to be made out of.
Steel seems to be the most maintenance free & easiest to put up. The biggest downside is that it will be hardest to repair (if something bumps the sides) or...
I have to level an area for a pole barn. The high side is about 6' higher than the low side. The width that needs to be leveled is 50 an the length is 70. I figure that I can dig 4' into the high side & fill 2' on the low side. So, essentially I would be digging out a triangle 47' long by 4'...
I got a quote from 84 lumber for a 56x30 pole barn building. There will be a an overhang so the truss will actually be 40' wide. The 6x6 posts will be spaced every 8'. The snow load is 30 lb/ft2. So, each pole will take 4800 lbs. of load (30*20*8 = 4800). The plans show each pole footer as...
I have a Tractor Supply PHD. It's done very well for me. I need to dig a bunch of 16" diameter by 42" deep holes. The biggest auger I see sold for this is a 12". Does anyone make a 16"? Is it too big even if I use a 9" hole as a pilot hole?
The other option would be to rent a skid steer...
I have a B9200 that grinds when I change gears. This is a non-synchro, but it still grinds when I'm standings still & changing gears. Does not seem to to do it when changing ranges, just gears. Does not matter it I shift fast or try to ease it in (i.e. very slow). Is this a problem? Don't...
I need to rebuild my gravel driveway. I bought the house a year ago & knew that the driveway was in bad shape, but cannot go thru another winter withthe driveway as is.
The driveway is about 300' long & 10' wide. It has not been maintained over the years & there is very little stone. Most of...
Found a Bradco 9MD2 backhoe w/o a subframe. Houw difficult would it be to build a subframe for it? I have a Kubota B9200 w/ FEL. Also, would this backhoe be too big for the tractor?
thinking about buying a 1715 MFWD 9x3 that has 1500 hours on it. It is a has a FEL & Woods backhoe on it.
I have been trying to get some specs on it, but can get little more than it weighs 2200 lbs. & has a 63" WB. Hoping to get a little more. Also, seems like there are a fair amount of...
I have a B9200 that I need a backhoe for & saw a Kubota 4620 backhoe attachment for sale for $2500. Don't know much about this unit. A little uncomfortable w/ a 3 pt. backhoe. Can anyone tell me how this would fit up to my tractor, or, if this is a good backhoe?
Thanks,
Planning to put up a pole barn building (30' x 56'). Even w/ pressure treated posts, will this be a 'permanent' building, or will the posts eventually rot? Obviously, the posts are under cover, but with greatly varying temperatures, humidity, etc. and the fact that they are imbedded in a...
I have a B9200 and I have been very happy with it. I looking at a L2250 primarily because it has a backhoe) but would not mind a slightly bigger tractor. When it comes down to it, the B9200 has done everything that I needed it too, but anytime that I would work it, I never wished that it were...
I am looking at a L2250 w/ FEL & a backhoe. It is a 4x4 w/ approximately 2000 hours and they are asking $6800 for it. It is at a small rural tractor shop. They tell me that the backhoe is 'loose' but for another $1000 that they will rebuild it. Also, they tell me that the tractor looks a...
I have a Kubota B9200 & saw someone selling a Ford/NH backhoe w/ full subframe that was on a 1520. Would I be able to get this to work on my B9200? I can do some cutting & welding, but am wondering if it is at all possible.
I have a B9200 w/ a BF350 loader. I do not have the manual for the loader. I believe that this loader was also used on the B2150 & B8200. Can anyone give me a step by step on how to remove the FEL?
Thanks!
My B9200 has the exhaust pipe that goes strait up. The tip is cut such that the exhaust pipe opening is perpendicular to the ground. When rain falls the slightest breeze will allow rain to drop in the pipe. My tractor is parked outside & I try to put a coffee can on the pipe when I'm not...
I found a used 60" Farm Force box blade for $325. I don't know anything about Farm Force? Is it a decent quality heavy duty blade? How heavy is the blade - I guess that will tell me how heavy duty it is.
I am building a chicken coop (4' x 8'). I built a floor similar to a skid type shed base (12" OC on joists w/ 3/4 outdoor plywood on top of that) & then framed up w/ 2x4. No more than 16" OC anyware & w/ all the windows, doors, so the coop is pretty rigid. Can I just side it w/ T1-11, or...
I ripped a gash in the sidewall of my tire. The tire size is 6-12, and it is a R1 type tire. All I can find is a 4 ply w/ a load carrying capacity of 600 lbs. This seems low. W/ the FEL my tractor is close to 2000 lbs. A little weight in the FEL & the tires will be well past their rating...
I will be needing a box blade for a bunch of different tasks: clearing area to build stone base for driveway & pad, excavating moving spoils away for a house addition, etc.
I'm not sure which size box blade. My tractor is a Kubota B9200. It's a compact tractor & weights about 1700 lbs (w/o...
I need to put up a detached garage/shed. It will be approximately 24x48 and be used for storing my tractor stuff, tools, and even some household items. I am in western PA if geographic location makes an impact.
What are the pros/cons of a pole barn type of construction vs. a traditional...
I'm trying to find some attachments on Crais List and have not been having any luck. I'm looking for a box blade, landscape rake, and cultivator. Has anybody had much luck in putting out a 'wanting to buy' add?
I have a Kubota B9200. The engine is rated at 22.5 Hp. This is a geared tractor, not a hydro.
Reason I ask is that Harbor Freight is selling a 540 RPM generator that hooks up to the 3pt. The generator is rated for 15,000 Watts continuous & 16,000 Watts peak. This is output so I would expect...
I will be needing a box blade for a bunch of different tasks: clearing area to build stone base for driveway & pad, excavating moving spoils away for a house addition, etc.
First of all, I'm not sure which size. My tractor is a Kubota B9200. It's a compact tractor & weights about 1700 lbs...
I know that there are allot of variables, but what are some typical costs in Western PA for the brick, mortar, and labor? I'm going to put an addition on to the house & plan of doing a walkout basement. This is the part that will have to be bricked if I wanted an exact match with the front of...
I have a B9200 & the position control does not hold the attachment up. It has plenty of strength to lift the attachment but after it gets the attachment up, the attachment starts dropping down. The position control lever drops along w/ the attachment. Is this a simple adjustment?
Attached a pointed strong tip a subsoiler to use as an icebreaker.
I'm on a gravel driveway. I shovel off the snow, but enough gets down & stays in the stone. Two times in the last week it rained during the day and then got down to the teens at night. I had places where there was 2" thick...
My B9200 has been sitting outside. It's been cold lately (single digits at night up to mid teens during the day). I tried starting my B9200. Would hold the glow plugs on for 60 seconds, then crank. After two or three tries, it caught and would run (very rough & slow) for 5 seconds or so. I...
I need to replace a stabilizer arm on the 3 point hitch of my B9200. I thought that the 3 point hitch was a standard category 1 size. When I went to tractor supply, all of of the stabilizer links were way too big. Do I have to go to a Kubota dealer for this part?
BTW, I think that my B9200...
I am trying to smooth out my gravel driveway, and not doing too well. There is a dip that crosses the driveway (opposite of a speed bump) that I am trying to smooth out. I have been dragging my scrapper blade behind it. I have tried to hold it at a specific height using the position control...
I am planning to put down a 2000 sq. ft. (55' by 35') driveway/play area. This would be directly in front of the garage and be more of a parking area than driveway. It would get a fair amount of basketball use by the kids. I know poured concrete would be better, but am trying to save some...
Do all live PTO tractors use a 'double' clutch? I have a B9200 which I believe has a live PTO. I have not confirmed as it only has a FEL on it now. Does this tractor have a 'double' clutch? I assume that a 'double' clutch is more expensive to replace.
Other than digging post holes that is. I have about 40 posts I have to put in for a split rail fence. After doing allot of reading here (mostly on this forum), I'm beginning to think that I'd be better off renting a post hole driver for the job. I was thinking that if I'd buy the PHD there...
Want to put in a 300' split rail fence in. I was planning to dig about 2 feet deep w/ a PHD, tamp & put down some gravel. Drop post in and back fill w/ dirt. Don't really know how rocky the soil is (I'm in western PA, just east of Pittsburgh). Want to start next month (January). Other than...
Is it OK to push down on the differential lock pedal when the wheels are spinning, or, should they be at a full stop before engaging the differential lock. If it makes a difference, my tractor is a geared (non-HST) B9200.
Just got a B9200. The tires are about 50% but are beginning to crack a little between the lugs. Still look like they will last a long time, but am beginning to wonder, how much will tires cost when I will need them.
Just got a B9200. Read over the owners manual & have the following questions:
Oil change:
The manual recommends various oils dependent on temperatures. In each temperature range, they allow the use of a 10W-30. Would a 15W-40 diesel grade oil be OK to use?
Coolant:
The manual mentions that...
Just got a Kubota B9200. It's apprearance is already fairly weathered. I am tight for garage space. How bad would it be to store it outside? Would putting a tarp help. BTW, I'm in western PA.
I just got a B9200. At least need to get a operator's manual, but would also like to get a service manual (if it is cheap enough). I'm seeing prices on the internet of $30 & $90 respectfully. Is there a cheaper source somewhere? Also, electronic (i.e. a pdf file) would OK too.
Jointed Team Orange! Just bought a B9200. It is a geared (non-HST) 4X4 tractor w/ only 530 hours. Looks like was stored outside as the paint is faded & there are numerous spots w/ surface rust. AG tires have decent tread, but beginning to crack between the treads. Tractor came w/ the BF350...
Found a B9200. It's a 4x4 gear tractor w/ 550 hours and has a FEL, Woods RM59 finish & rear blade. Seems like a great price to me. I will be checking it out tommorow. Somebody else is also going to be there to check it out too!
I never owned a tractor before, but am mechanically inclined &...
Found a decent tractor (a 2150 w/ FEL & MMM) at a dealer for $8500. Based on tractor house & other references this seems like a decent price. Not a steal, but definitely a good deal. Debating if I should hold out for a steal from craiglist, estate auction, etc. Been looking at Craigslist &...
Not really a tractor operation question but thought that there were plenty of knowledgeable folks here that may offer me some advice. I have a gravel driveway & can live with that, but need to set up an area where the kids can play basketball.
At $115 per yd. of concrete & $20 per ton of...
I'm looking at a B2150 w/ a LA351 FEL & 60" belly mount mower. It has 1330 hours & AG tires that I would guess are at 70% for the rears & 50% for the fronts. Overall appearance is OK - some dings & faded paint, but does not look like it's been abused/neglected. The tractor is at a Kubota...
Looking at a B9200 w/ BF350 loader & 4530B backhoe for $6900. Price seems good to me, but have not personally checked it out. It looks as if it may be in slightly rough shape, but this may be cosmetic. Unfortunately, it's over 500 miles away from me. I want to get some basic information...
Comparing a
Kubota L3010 w/ LA482 loader & subframe mounted Woods 750 groundbreaker backhoe
to a
John Deere 4400 w/ a 430 loader & JD 47 backhoe
Are these similar machines capability wise?
Looking at getting a used tractor. Someone mentioned to me that a hydro must be meticulously maintained. If it were not operated properly, fluid not replaced at regular intervals, being extremely clean when replacing the fluid, etc. then expensive problems will be the result.
So, how robust...
Looking for a tractor for clearing & excavation work. Found a 1720 w/ a FEL & backhoe. I'm a little more familiar w/ Kubotas so I wanted to know how this tractor would compare to a L series. Size wise, robustness wise, etc.
Initially, the tractor will be used more for TLB work. After I get the...

Was looking at a L2350 w/ a gear trans. It was at a Kubota dealer. He said that the PTO was not live, nor was it on any gear trans Kubota. Allot of the intended usage will include clearing land/bush hogging. If every time I put in the clutch the bush hog stops, this would be a hassle. Should...
I'm looking for a used Kubota. I prefere an HST, but to me a gear trans would not be a deal breaker. Couple of questions though:
- can most tractor transmissions be shifted on the go? For instance I'm looking at a 7100 and an almost new B2320.
- how much of a hassle is a gear trans for...
Need to buy Tractor - B or L Series???
I need to buy a used tractor. Let me start by defining my needs:
I have 6 acres - combination of woods & open (field/lawn) - very hilly (western PA)
Will have allot of brush hogging work to do (will want to get allot of what is wooded in to lawn/field)...
I have a 16-G Professional that is in great shape & has only 288 hours on it. I'm tight on garage space for a while & it's going to have to stay outside. What is the best way to protect it - a tarp, build a rain shed, etc.
I've been looking thru all the manuals on oldgravelys.net. Still not sure which one is correct for my mower deck. The deck model number is 885006. The model number for the tractor is 987061f that makes a differance.
My 16-G professional does not have a direction control pedal. It just has a Forward-Reverse lever (hand operated). Can I get the pedal parts anyware? Does anybody have any drawings so I can make my own?
Also, the forward-reverse lever does not return to neutral when the brake is depressed...
I just got a Gravely 16-G Professional (bought a house & they left it). It's not getting any fuel to the carb. I could not find any fuel sut off valve, but was wondering if there is some sort of priming procedure. I noticed the fuel line goes to the top of the tank & the pick-up extends to...
Just got a Gravely 16-G. What should I do before running it? Change engine & transmission oil? What are the capacities? Any special procedure on the transmission?
Beginning to look for a tractor. Just bought a house on six acres. Will have 300 ft. of gravel road to maintain. Will also be putting on an addition - will have to excavate about an area 25' x 35'. Also, will need to do some clearing to put some trails in the forest behind the property...
