How much ballast for a 40hp machine (TC40DA)

The Tractordata info is wrong, it will not lift that much. I struggle with my 16LA loader, the previous model to the 250TL, to get a pallet with 1500# off the trailer with my Land Pride PFL3048 SSQA forks which weigh 358#. If I can tilt the load back over the pins without dumping stuff off, it...

How much ballast for a 40hp machine (TC40DA)

Our TC40DA has a Red Master II arena drag on it all the time. It weights 816# and sticks out a bit so leverage helps. The tires are not loaded. I have maxed out the loader lifting pallets and didn't have an issue with the rear wheels getting light. I do go slow with the weight low so as to...

    I'm guessing this is a scam site - MarshallTractor.com

Scam. Read the "How To Buy" page. You pay 100% up front, money is held in trust, they send you the equipment, you have 14 days to inspect the equipment and either accept it or return it at their expense. Then a full refund in 24 hours. Not the way I would buy a piece of equipment.

TN55S loader (33LA) cylinder leak questions

Sounds like you blew a seal in the cylinder. The bleed holes allow the pressure to not build up where it isn't supposed to be in the cylinder. You can rebuild them yourself or take it to a hydraulic shop. Instead of buying the expensive NH seal kit they will just match everything up to...

I would add it to the truck and trailers. I have the GMC factory TPMS for the truck and all 5 of my trailers. It is great peace of mind monitoring it. My trailer TPMS also shows air temp in the trailer tires. I figure if a bearing starts heating up it should show up in tire temp.

    2003 TC30 Won't Start

    2008 TC40DA loosing power

Sounds like an issue where fuel is getting choked off from the tank. After it sits enough fuel flows through to let it run for a little longer. From the tank to the fuel filter, the clear bowl, is gravity fed. Coming out of the bottom of the tank is a pretty small elbow, doesn't take much...

SCUT vs ZTR Mower Cut Quality - Kioti CS2530

ZTRs normally have a faster blade speed. My Kubota ZD1211 60" has a blade tip speed of around 18,000 fpm. My NH 25S with a mid-mount mower has a blade tip speed of around 14,000 fpm. On my yard which is not manicured it isn't noticeable. If you are picky, it might make a difference.

    Need utility Side by Side

Kubota does make nice units, gas and diesel, so they might be worth a look. Our UTV is strictly for utility work around the farm. Pulling the manure spreader, pasture vac, hauling stuff, etc. We just traded our Kawasaki 4010 Trans4X4 for a Kubota RTV-X diesel. The 4010 was a good utility...

Pulling a stump jumper off a Land Pride rotary cutter?

That sounds like the proper way to go, easier than a hydraulic spreader. A 2 jaw puller would make short work of it. I took this diagram off the Land Pride website. I used my Land Pride model number to look up the manual.

Pulling a stump jumper off a Land Pride rotary cutter?

I would think heat and hydraulic spreaders are viable options. If you try a hydraulic spreader I would use 2, one on each side, so it will come straight off. Just using one will cause it to flex, bind, and possibly score the shaft. Don't be standing in front of it when it comes off. Use the...
