Any Minneapolis Moline experts on here?

I picked up a Jet star 3 gas tractor, 1967 based on serial number. According to tractor data they were made 64-65 then became "super" but the serial numbers for a regular JS3 run up to 1970 and are the same as the super numbers. Mine appears to be original paint but does not say super on the tag...

JD 630 PTO wont stay engaged.

Not sure where the adjustment would be. Used the bush hog and the PTO doesn't seem to slip. But I have to keep my foot on the pedal to keep it engaged, there is no going "over center" so to speak. Is the adjusment in the pedal, or in the clutch housing? Thanks David

I never reply to threads concerning "how long my battery lasted" for fear of jinxing mine. Well times up, just had to replace the original in my 2005 Kubota L3400. I don't expect the new one will last half as long. David

    Question for maple syrup makers

I am boiling sap for my second year as hobby. Question is how to know when sap is sour? I ask because there was an article on the news from a syrup maker talking about this being another short year due to the fact the temps wont fall below freezing at night spoiling the sap.
