I installed the bar and I must say it appears to be a well made piece. The bolt holes did not even come close to lining up but that is fine as the buck drilled very easy. I have not used it yet but it looks good and fit well.

I ordered the bar today, I am going to send them measurements of the holes in the bucket and they said they will set it up to fit.

If they Don't I'll either weld them shut or re drill.

The Regular Piranha tooth bar appears to only require 2 bolt holes on the side which I have.

Yes My sender was rusty as well, I did leave the sender in since I have the access panel now and can clean it out quickly and easily. I was able to get the fuel gauge working again by moving the float around and getting it freed up.

I am not sure how your tank is set up, My BX25 was doing the same thing and I cut an access panel that uses an Aluminum plate with a rubber gasket on the outside and a aluminum ring on the inside to sandwich it. I was able to clean the whole tank and install the access panel all within an Hour...

I could use a little more lifting power, Yes I understand it is a smaller machine and I have bigger machines if needed but I have read the pressure from the factory is set below spec quite often from the factory.

It comes with instructions, Figured I'd ask here as I am sure some of you have done it. Everything I am reading about pressure says the BX 25 comes set around 1,750 PSI and 2,000 is where a lot set it, Never heard anyone going to 2400.

I ended up getting the 2 inch spacers, they fit on the tractor fine, Will need a thin wall socket to get the factory bolts tightened . I have not mounted the rims yet as I am doing some maintenance.

It'll catch the rim just not like the others, I am going to keep and I on it and if others start to egg I'll order new rims. I may take it to local metal fab guy and see what he thinks he could do to fix it.
