Anyone know where the heck the coolant drain is? I found a petcock on the front of the machine but that sure smells like diesel. Found a line off the bottom of the radiator but it doesn't seem to have a drain on it that I can find? Zero visual on the bottom of the radiator though so maybe it's...

Anyone plow snow with a dually pickup?

I say go for it. DRW with decent tires does okay in the winter. Friend plows with a F600 (same as F550) and with dedicated snow tires he can plow in 2wd most of the time. People that are always getting REALLY stuck and blaming it on the DRW is probably user error. I spent some time way back in a...

Its been good to me so far, not sure on hours off the top of my head but probably 100-150 range. I blew a main hose from the pump to valve body last fall and that made a real mess. It had previously been replaced and who ever ran the replacement hose kinked it and it blew there. Besides that its...

I havent heard it.....I have a friend with one as well as we service a few at work. I also just went to Rams website and built a SRW 3500 with an Aisin. Backhoe Vs. 12000 LB Mini EX

There is no way you are going to be able to tow something that large with a 3/4 ton truck. Even a E42 will be pushing it once you have it loaded on the trailer. As far as size vs a backhoe I think anything 3.5t and up will compete very well with a M59 size or Deere 110 but be much more...

I have owned my last 2 wheel drive pickup

Personally I don't think a locker will make much difference on WET ground or soft ground. They work awesome for some things and are better than nothing but I imagine stuck will be stuck 99% of the time in a 2wd with the rear axle locked or open. You should be able to look at the RPO codes...
