As long as there is good tongue weight, a smooth road and a bit of luck they can get away with hooking that 2 5/16" coupler to a 2" ball. When you lose any of those then things get messy.

With my method, I leave it set for a few hours after the sleeping pill, then scoop the trap up with the tractor loader, take it out to the back 40, wear a pair of gloves and open the trap and dump sleepy out. Trap gets a shower and then sits outside for a few days. The smell never really hangs...

As others have noted, you definitely want to do something to support the rear of the trailer as you drive onto it. It isn't good for the truck to be lifted like that and on an incline the truck could end up rolling away if it isn't in 4x4 mode. Like this:
