Okay, just figured I’d update this. Radiator removal isn’t too bad at all, a hand full of 10mm bolts, and a few 12mm. Basically pull battery, remove air filter, loosen hoses, undo bolts to radiator and you can lean the metal mount forward, and the plastic shroud back, and snake the radiator out...

It’ll get better with age, mine was hard at first, and now with 200 hrs, very rarely does it not want to go right in. And the rare few times it doesn’t, just use the method above with light pressure on one of the pedals.

Funny thing you said this, my friend has a CK2510 that is only a year or two old, every time after he washes it, the tach goes crazy. Then it goes back to normal, as I assume it dries out.

Just keep the receipt from the dealer, and if you ever need warranty work, they sold it to you. I’d bet the manhindra fluid will be fine. Almost any UTTO should be good. My dealer uses some off brand from costco….

I believe the dealer installs these while assembling the tractor at the dealer. I would imagine they are all randomly different, as the colts just need to match up to the hoses, and not specifically the function of the hose.

Thanks @Stan B for the part numbers and explanation. I added that valve to my ck2610 today, and it eliminated the floppy bucket on the dump cycle. Just FYI, On my tractor, they must have labeled the hoses differently than yours, as mine was not the white hose. I disconnected them one at a time...

Where are you located? Just asking as I would do the same deal with your dealer if not too far away.

Honestly, I do not think that’s too bad of a deal. I wish my dealer would do that.

Following this for sure, that’s the only complaint about my ck2610, is the kl2610 loader. I asked when I bought mine if we could upgrade to the one the ck3510 had, and the dealer said no. Than like 2 months later, they started coming with the bigger loader....

Chevy orange spray paint is about an exact match. I did the same on my last tractor, and used the Chevy orange. You could not tell the difference at all. And honestly, it held up great, I didn’t see the need for powder coat.

I’ve been using a tandem 16’ trailer for mine for the past few years. It hauls fine. But as mentioned, you can never have enough trailer!

He works for Cummins too! He puts all their oil filters on at the factory😂

Not trying to be a jerk, but honestly, it is not Kioti’s problem that you did not put the oring on the new filter. Can’t really blame them for what you missed while servicing.

I tested the loader pressure on my new tractor, it痴 at 2200 psi, specs say like 2600 psi. Does anyone know where the adjustment is on this tractor? On my last one it was under the right side floor. Just figured I壇 ask, if not I値l call the dealer on Monday.
