It's normal to se some oil drops on engine breather on this tractors?

maybe not that hot like before,but on aprox 1 km on almost top speed ,you can hardly hold your hand on front axle where the disc brake are located.

I have replaced the seal on the brakes,changed the oil with corect oil,but the brake they are still warming up.These wet brakes is normaly cold or because of axle rotation is fast they became hot?

i remove the seal and this is the cause.i find only the biger seal to buy.I think to put an o ring to replace the small one.

The wheels can be turn by the hand.It cannot be adjusted,it's a wet disc brakes.Can an incorect oil to be cause for heat? I don't know if it's corect oil in front axle.

I change to mineral oil but the brakes are still warm.The problem is i didn't find the seal.

In tractor it was dot3 or dot4 when i buy it.I made same mistake and replace with the same dot4 and then i saw the front brakes are hot when i runing fast on road.I thing it's to late and the seal are damage already.

Only dot 3 wil ruin the seal?

I buy a tractor that requires mineral oil in brakes or lhm and the owner before me uses brake fluid(dot3 or dot4).the tractor front brakes are oil bath type and when i run the tractor fast ,the brakes are hot but works perfect.the wheels are free.I think the dot4 ruin the seal.any ideas?

Tank you! I solve the problem,i reseal the timing cover and it's ok now.I have one question about the runing temperature of this engine.It's work about 100 degrees celsius(212F) apox.In some manuals i saw the thermostat is full open at 100 degrees.I am afraid to work with those temperature.

What exactly does the repair consist of? Only reseal the cover with silicone?

I don't use oil air filter anymore.I put a paper one but the original paper filter was not in stock i put a chinese paper filter.I order an original paper air filter.

Update: I change the oil air filter with a chinese paper because the original filter was not on stock, but alot of dust passed through the filter.The original one can make a better job?

In my photo the steel wool is already clean.I found the steel wool in oil.Probaly some steel wools maybe enter in the engine but the engire run perfect.I think to change the filter with the paper model. In the first years of use my filter look like your filter and i clean 2-3 times per year...

when i think i make flail mowing every year aprox 4-5 acres and the engine is stil going strong.

I knew that these wet filters are for heavy dust condition.It is possible that something pieces got into the engine,i saw some particles in the oil,but the engine run great.It's a good idea to change to paper filter?

When i want to clean the filter i saw the missing material from the filter.I thing some of the particles entered into the engine.How can cause this?

i found the problem.It not was the crankshaft or the bearing although they have signs of wear.It was a washer missing from the underneath of the governor and governor doesn't work corectly.

If i grab with hand and wiggle it hard is knocking.When engine is runing after a few minutes the knock is more pronounced.the bearing is enter very easy on to the crankshaft.

I have a problem with crankshaft bearing from crankcase cover.The crankshaft on the crankcase cover side has a play in to the bearing.It seems the crankshaft has a very little wear.It's normal or i have to replace it? The crankshaft it's ok to have radial play?

After 2,5 year of use i had a significant problem with g110,one bearing from the clutch failed and make some damage.i thing it was a design problem.

The engine is on the pressure washer pump and when i don't pull the trigger the engine sound like in the video for example "run in rev limiter".when is on load or in the first minute before engine went hot the engine run fine.

I have this model of brush mower and the brakes isn't smooth at all.Brakes doesn't fell like a drum brake.Hangs very often.

I have a brand new grillo g 110 with honda gx 390.It's surging on high rpm under load and start only choked even when is hot.I put a clone carburetor and no difference. Any ideas?
