What did you buy this week?

Thanks, that reminds me. I used to get the safety inspection guy to replace my blades every year. I just renewed the tag registration but Texas no longer requires the inspection. They still charge you for it though. Even the very best blades only last a year down here in the sun...

    Deere x475 cylinder and coil

What do you have for a first aid/trauma kit?

I believe California does. Other laws apply to doctors, nurses, EMTs and firemen only. I don't know how much Grit you possess but I sure couldn't stand by and watch someone die if I knew I could help somehow.

What did you buy this week?

That's about what I have in my new 20" mag wheels. The tires were cheaper at $185 each. There are custom mag wheels that can approach $10k EACH. I'm glad I'm not that invested in my old truck's looks.

What did you buy this week?

Or a crane. My Ex-GF had a swinging crane mounted in her van for her mom. It was 12v powered and could lift an electric scooter then swing it into the van. This was a full size Ford van though. The crane I have on my milling machine came from HF. It swings too but it's a manual crank and jack...

What did you buy this week?

I got my Goodyear Wranglers from Walmart after searching Amazon. They had them in stock at the closest store to me (10 miles away). O'Reilly Auto for hydraulic hoses

Yeah, but air hose fittings are a lot different than hydraulic fittings. By about 15,000psi. I make my own air hoses as well. Mostly for short runs between machines with tees and blow guns. I have a crimper and box full of fittings and crimp sleeves for various sizes of rubber hose. The fittings...

That's exactly what it does. But it protects from a leak down at the valve, not the cylinder. If the cylinder piston seal is bad, the cylinder just transfers oil from one side of the piston to the other. This is an internal leak down. The check valve does not stop that. The check valve can also...

The last filter I bought came with the spring and O-rings. I'm pretty sure it was an aftermarket but can't recall the name. Came off Amazon. I put them in the box for the next change. What do you have for a first aid/trauma kit?

Diphenhydramine HCL (Antihistamine) works for me on stings--Wasps, bees, ants and scorpions. Then dab a little Cortizone-10 on the site(s). I typically drop a couple before I go out to mow weeds too. Edit: Oh yeah, my "kit" also contains Neosporin Cream, some Band Aids and a bottle of New Skin...
