The important measurement is the circumference of the tires, the same ratio between front and rear must be maintained to avoid expensive problems. Printed tires sizes are rim diameter only. IMO it's time to grab a tape measure and do your homework.

Don't forget the "trick" to installing an inner tube. After the tube and tire are installed on the rim, only inflate to 5-10psi, deflate and repeat using your inflation psi. This allows the tube to conform to the tire and eliminate any folds in the tube.

That's the way I modified my old rotary mower. If this top link chain begins to worry me, I'll use the chains on the A-frame to rear wheel straps with a pipe 6" shorter than the chains again. Making this top link chain was much less work though.

Pulling a 6' box blade with a 24HP SCUT might be a chore, the combination of low HP and low weight is the problem. I have a 50HP tractor that weights over 6,000#, when my 6' box blade gets ½ full of dirt the weighted rear tires begin to lose traction.

Your CUT only weighs 3,020# wo/FEL or cab. That 1,650# pallet weighs more than half the tractor. The length of bucket + forks puts the center of load approx. 4' from the pins. IMO you're gonna break something expensive. Get a bigger tractor for this project.

Take the money a ZTR large enough to mow that acreage reasonably costs and buy a 12' rotary mower. Then if you miss a few weeks you have something to cut it down with, a ZTR has a height limit, over that limit and you not only overwork the machine, you mow at a crawl.

Mine does the same, it's only an adjustment needed. I however intend to leave mine this way, it's cheap theft insurance because the lever appears in the correct position. All I have to do is put my hand on the lever and push back lightly and it allows the ignition key to work.

That is a much better belt pattern than most multiple spindle decks.

A multiple spindle mower deck belt pattern shows the middle spindle has much less belt to pulley contact than the outside spindle pulleys, making belt slip on the center one easy to understand.
