I did that too. And if you are running LEGAL, yes you need all the same as a big rig. CVOR, registered business and tax account, commercial insurance. But many of these guys are fly under the radar type, which is why they work so cheap and rates suck.

Myself, if I had to haul anything over 12,000 pounds, I'd buy a used class 8 truck and do it better, and safer than a new $100K pickup. And if spec'd right, get the same MPG. I already know a guy with a Kenworth with a 450 Paccar in it and he's getting better mileage than his new Ram pickup.

I think this is more of a regional/dealer thing. Up here in northern Ontario the roadside mowing is done with Kubota's and most of the snow contractors use Kubota's. And now I'm seeing a LOT more shiny new Kubota haying equipment in the fields.

Just to add to this, US model Kubota's only come with Kubota loaders. In Canada we have a choice of Kubota or ALO loaders from factory. (on the Utility models, M6 and up for sure)

I got a recall for the windshield wipers on my 2020 F150 in January, and to this day Ford says they still have no parts or resolution to the problem. And mine just failed today. And a friends 2021 also failed.

Kubota has always kept the base weights low because the bulk of their ag sales is in haying tractors. Lighter equals less compaction. Their theory is if you are doing tillage you can always add weights.

Here is a pic of the fuel pump where the engine oil goes. I had the cover off to clean the breather (it was clean) and the gasket was leaking a bit. It's got a filler, a drain and a check plug. You just fill until it comes out check plug.

My first tractor trailer was a long wheelbase high rise sleeper International 9300 Eagle that I pulled a 24 foot tandem dump trailer with. Once you learn how to reverse a trailer that is shorter than the tow vehicle you can back anything up, LOL The longer the trailer the easier it is.

Yes, we were getting rain all week. So he cuts with a John Deere MoCo and once he got a couple dry days, while everyone else has to rake and ted, we just make one pass. It takes the windrow and flips it completely over so it dries super fast.

If you ignore all the click bait articles and read the real implications of this policy change, all it means is the upcoming EPA GHG2027 regs will be thrown out the window and so will the forced switch to electrification. And the standards will be locked in at the 2010 regulations. So...

Not sure if it's different here in Canada but I get them through my dealer and Kubota Wholegoods. Even compared to my commercial account pricing at KAL and Fountain Tires, I end up getting free rims for the same price as just the tires from tire dealers.

I've never thought of the MF GC as sub par to a Kubota, unless the newest ones have gone downhill. All the ones I tried in the past had more hydraulic power than the Kubota's. And I rarely saw an issue or complaint with them. If I had a local MF dealer I would have had those instead of Kubota's...

I like to be able to use the fog lights on high beam, because you regain the light right in front of your truck when you have the highs on. I don't know how good the LED fogs are in the Bronco yet, but the ones in my truck are super bright so they are actually helpful.

It's a normal trend for Ford. Even back in the 80's they had two Bronco's....one based on the F150 and one based off the Ranger. I liked both of them.

I had to really drive for economy to get 25 US MPG from my VW Tiguan 2.0 turbo, so I would say your Bronco is doing good.

Think that applies to any new vehicle. I wouldn't even think of going past 5000 miles on an oil change. You look at every brand....Ford, GM, RAM......they all have issues with cams and lifters.
