Last night I removed the MX5 and put on my tiller (673) and the three point held perfect.

JD says the tiller is 673 pounds....

JD says the MX5 is about 823 with the chains.....

It makes me wonder if it is something with the weight so far to the back? All I can assume is that there is not a prblem with my tractor? Next I think I am going to see if the MX5 makes the 3 point jump without the Imatch.....

I'm not sure if it is the weight of the brush hog since my Dad's 3720 can lift his MX6 perfectly fine. I'd have your dealer look at the problem.

If the tractor is still under warranty and there's not a lot of the warranty period remaining --- I'd get it in to your dealer. He can document the problem and check the hydraulics to determine if things are out of specs or not.

Some amount of change with added weight extending back behind the tractor is "normal". It would be good to know if your 3pt problem is outside of the "normal" range.

Thanks.
