This is without a doubt a DEALER problem. The machine was delivered not working properly - now the dealer does not "know where to turn"? How many AutoConnect mowers has this dealer sold / delivered? We have almost thirty "1" Series out of my location alone - and yes we had some issues with the first few - but none of them left before they were working properly. Dont blame Deere when the dealer is the problem.
