What did you end up paying if you don't mind. I'm trying to decide between a 110 and a 35d mini excavator. If I get the mini I'll keep my 3320 since I'm trying to get into a small excavating/specialty mowing business. If I go 110 I'll most likely try just small odd job digs that now of the large companies in the area are interested in. I'm going to be aquiring a 6' flail mower so it should be ok on either the 110 or the 3320. I get the feeling my local green dealer isn't wanting to deal and the yellow dealer I'm talking to on the mini says he can sell a 110 also and wants the sale. I'm so confused, great looking machine.

Well, it is difficult to tell for comparison purposes what I actually paid for the 110. I don't think I got quite as good a deal as AKfish did several moons ago, but still not bad. To start off, mine was for a 2008 model before the price increases of 2009 models. My dealer had two of the 2008's in stock. Then, it included all the hydraulic options, 72" bucket, 20" BH QC HD bucket, hydraulic thumb, Top&Tilt, Skid Plate, 72" tooth bar, I-match, SS 75" Rock Bucket, 48" pallet fork, Green 84" medium duty Box Blade, a SS boom mounted 8' front snow blade, and a used SB1107 sickle mower. The final negotiation ended up on total price as a cash deal. So, I'm not really sure how it breaks down. My dealer seems to be a few percentage points higher than other parts of the country. That may be partly due to shipping costs, and partly due to being the only JD dealer in over 150 miles.
Anyway, I think I ended up at somewhere between 21 and 24% off overall from 2009 list prices. I haven't checked for the actual number... But, keep in mind that cash is worth a few percentage points, and I avoided the 2009 price increases of near 7% or so. I probably could have done a little bit better if I pushed a bit more, or was more selective with implements. But, I do want my dealer to remain in business too...
