110 V compressor options???

Got a model number? I think I will go with using the existing 220v 50 amp circuit I have out in the garage for the plasma. I said earlier that its a 40 amp but that's because the circuit is run with aluminum wire. I can save for a $500 comp...but if I can get a two stage for that money then that is the way to go

was looking between a blue CH model and a black CP model.. and this red one.. don't recall the name off hand.. but looks like a CH knock off.

TECHNICALLY speaking a 5 HP motor would require 5 X 746 watts(per hp) = 3,730 watts divided by 110 = 33.90 amps

that is if its really a 5HP motor.
