That is the problem with older sub compacts...... parts availability. Without engine or driveline parts it is worth the price of the attachments. Wengers has a hot line to 2000 parts yards and hasn't located a crankshaft. If he did I bet it would be worth a ton of money. He said they had their share of engine problems. It wouldn't be worth the engineering to try and fit another small engine in the frame as the engine is the frame for the front axle. It's one of those buyer be ware things. Parts numbers at the dealers don't mean they are available.
