127 gyramor rotary cutter by john deere need blades

was wondering if anyone can help me out there.?i need 11x3x3/8 bladws for my rotary cutter.i went to john deere dealer and wow they shocked me!told me i can only order blades with individual side packages that include the blades and hardware for 102.00 per side.i dont need 120.00 in extra nuts and bolts that i already have.i just need 11x3x3/8 thick flat blades.any info would be great where i can buy just the blades..thank-you

AGY 43W or AGY44W or AGY45W are no longer available from JD. I'm guessing the dealer was subbing the 1/2" thick blades and longer bolts. One must realize that that cutter ceased being built in the late 50's.

AGY 43W series # 003 Blade flat 3/8" thick (pkg of 2)
AGY 44W series # 003 Blade, suction, 3/8" thick (pkg. of 2 )
I prefer the flat blades.
Any help is appreciated.

Those are deff not John Deere part numbers, the dealer may have quoted you an aftermarket blade price.

If I were you I'd check at Shoups or Farm & Ranch type stores.
