OK folks. The ramp decking was installed today and everything was tested. Just some tin trim and lock tight added to the ramp bolts remains to be done. Of course some clean up, plus the organization of this and that remains. The 1st photos shows the 12/24 screws with nylon lock nuts that holds the decking on. Another shows how the door lock is obscured by the ramps position. The ramps will most commonly only be opened on the right side, where the door lock is located. More gravel will be added to raise the ramps up some and level them when they are on the ground.

Thank you for the kind comments. This project is just about to wrap up...............

I see another shed in the background, did you go into production? :D

I have to ask, did you face the ramp side on the typically lesser snow buildup side?

Gee Kyle, I had to think hard and for a long time as to what you were actually asking.... Seems you mean the direction that the building sits?? If that's the case, its facing the road which is the best position for users to get in and out of it. We don't hardly ever need get into our sheds over the course of winter anyway. So I guess the answer is no.

I have to ask, did you face the ramp side on the typically lesser snow buildup side?

I was just wondering if you had a big snow drift up against your ramp, would you have to dig it away prior to opening the door?

Hey Kyle. Yes we would but like I said, we don't normally open it over the winter. We do receive a tad of snow in these parts, so I'll add a couple of photos of what snow looks like here. :D The little garage by the Honda with a loon in it, is ours.
