If you can get dual remotes for $1000 CDN, that's a good price. I priced the remotes at my dealer and it's $1000 for the first remote kit and $780 for the second. You can buy just the valves for $550 CDN each and then add your own hoses handles and such.
6253417M92 or 6253417M94 First remote kit $984.30 CDN
6253425M92 Second remote Kit $781.18 CDN
3708457M92 Valve assembly (both are the same) $550.58 CDN
The power beyond plate is actually in the parts book for the 1570 backhoe and not the tractor parts book, I had to show the dealer where to find it so he could order it.
My dealer has an E portal so I can check stock and prices online, plus it gives me access to the complete online parts books for all AGCO and Newholland equipment.
I did remove the hard line from the main hydraulic block to the rear diff just to see if it could be hooked up that way. Unfortunately the hole behind that connection block is not threaded so you are pretty much limited to the power beyond manifold. If you know a decent machinist I bet he could make a manifold for you for less than $120. It's just an aluminum plate with 3 bolt holes and 2 hydraulic ports.

Right now the exchange is around 20%, so aprox 20% cheaper in the US. I don't think you can do a straight exchange rate comparison, a lot would depend on when the dealer set his prices, markup, origin of parts and many other factors. You would need to check with your dealer to be sure. Not sure how my dealer sets prices but they don't vary day to day with the exchange rate.

Thanks Frank!

I did think about making my own block and will investigate further.

The $1000 price I had was after I bought my tractor but before I took delivery so maybe the dealer was giving me a deal? I'll have to check later when I decide for sure what I am doing.

Hey guys! I hate to admit, but I'm still confuse about the power beyond. I have a 1529 with no aux remote. I need to get at lease a single spool remote to power a BH. Will the power beyond kit be the right way to go or would a single/double spool remote kit be better?

Hi
Remotes are not the way to go if you want power beyond for your backhoe. If you add the remotes you would have to tie one of the handles to give you hydraulics to your backhoe and if you ever moved the remote handle the wrong way you would most likely damage your backhoe valve. You want to get the power beyond kit or the manifold plate. The kit comes with hoses, quick disconnects and such or you could just get the manifold plate and run your own hoses. Unless you have the Massey backhoe the quick disconnects may not be the same so it's probably better to go with just the plate.

Great information! Thanks for the reply, I was getting ready to order a remote kit. It looks like all I need is the power beyond kit or the manifold kit and I'll be ready to start digging. Is the part number posted earlier work with my MF1529 or is there another parts kit that I have to get. Sorry to sound so dumb, but I only got my tractor for less than a month. I sure am glad that I found TBN.

The part numbers posted will work for both the 1529 and 1532.
PB kit 4238611 comes with 3/8" hoses, quick connects, mounting plate and all required adapters and plugs.
1080516M1 is just the manifold block, you will also need a 1/4 pipe thread plug, quick connects to match your backhoe and 2 adapters from #6 ORB (o-ring boss) to what ever fittings you need for your hoses and of course the hoses.

You have 2 options for the return line from your backhoe
1. you could run a zero pressure return line to the plug on the R/H side of your differential, you would then not be able to move your 3 pt when the backhoe is connected
2. you can run the return line into the upper port of the manifold block. This would leave you 3 pt functional, but be carful you don't want to lift anything heavy or you may damage your backhoe valve.
I went with option 2 that way I can still move the 3pt arms out of the way when installing the backhoe.
Whatever choice you make the pressure and return lines from the manifold block must be connected to each other when the backhoe is removed. This provides hydraulic fluid flow required in an open center system. Also make sure the tractor is turned off when you disconnect and connect the lines.

What make of backhoe do you have?

I got a Wallenstein GX600 with a sub-frame. Couldn't pass it up for the price. I plan to go with 2nd option for the hook up also. Do you know of a good place to get the parts or should I go with my local dealer? I plan to put some pictures up when I get a chance. Thnak for the info.

Wallenstein makes good stuff I'm sure you'll be happy with it and a sub-frame is the way to go
You will have to get the PB kit or Manifold block from the dealer. The rest of the parts you can get from any place that sells hydraulic fittings and hoses. They are just common parts so If you can find a local place it's better. That way you're not waiting for that one extra part to come in the mail.
