Very nice, I like the enclosure around the gas tank, also looks safer for the operator some how with out the venting facing your back. I'm not a big fan of plastic gas tanks to begin with.

Here's four more pictures of my carry all . I still have to undercoat the bed and build the gas tank lid. I'll get to that by the end of the week-hopefully!!!. It's been a fun project. I had most of the materials on hand so my costs to build it were about $ 65.00
PS. I up loaded two of the same pictures by mistake. Does anyone know how to edit or delete pictures once their up loaded?

As to how to edit posts.. if you hit the edit button, then choose the GO ADVANCED button, you can find the MANAGE ATTACHMENTS button. That opens the same window that you use when you upload stuff. Just select which picture you want to remove and hit REMOVE. Then close that window and hit the SAVE button.

I think it would pretty hard to relocate your oil cooler to make room for a carry all. Thats what I like about the 180--- a basic no thrills ,no frills machine that lends itself to modifications. I have a couple of more ideas in the works but I'll keep them a secret for now. Except for the next reply below.

I wasn't going to post these pictures until I was finished, but heres a sneak peak. The tape shows the approx. location of the side windows and rear lid.
It's a good way to keep things dry if I'm snowplowing or working in the rain!. The overall Ht. from the ground to the top of the cap is 48".
The bed size is 36" wide x 32 1/2" long. The added weight of the carry all and cap is approx 72 lbs.

Very, very nice! I like the lights too. 
Well I finished the dual exhaust conversion after getting home from work today. I'll see how the performance is this weekend, I'm doing some excavation work for a buddy. I let the engine Idle for 15 minutes after the installation and I can honestly say I have lowered the heat in the engine compartment by at least 50%. The engine runs a lot smoother and it dosen't backfire anymore when I shut it off regardless of the throttle position. The noise level is a lot less plus it has that sweet low beefy sound. Heres a few pictures of the installation.

And I'll be giving serious consideration to trying this myself. I wouldn't have the [excellent] carryall bed w/fenders, but I don't see where having the mufflers just "hanging out there" would be a problem.
I don't see where the muffler supports attach. Or did you remove them and just let the mufflers rely on the exhaust pipe for support?
Are you going to market the "kit" with instructions to the rest of us?

I removed the factory welded muffler brackets because they would not work on my setup. I,ll be fabricating some new brackets once I figure out the best place to mount them. The mufflers are very light and are securely clamped to the manifold pipe ,so I'll run it as is for now and see how it works out.
