186D delay relief valve rusted in place

Well I just ordered a caliper from amazon so I can take measurements on the various valve components and check what I would need for shim sizes that would fit on the "post" on the DRV and fit inside the sleeve. Will post what I find out as now I'm trying to make sure I document everything I run into since other posts were resolved at the point in the investigation...

I'm still hopeful it's something simple as it seems that my symptoms are inline with others, just not the cure (at least not yet)....

Thank you for the part number (I guess I really do need to order a parts manual - I have the service and operation manual and thought I could get by...but now I am seeing it would probably be worth the $50).

I sent a question in to Hoye yesterday and was told the shim I am looking for is no longer available. I am double checking that answer with them since I now have a part number to work with.

FOLLOW UP EDIT: I double checked with Hoye, the part number above is the correct shim for the 186D but they do not have the shims in stock and they are no longer available from Yanmar. I ordered and will have a new caliper that I can take some ID / OD measurements on the valve and the sleeve and will post back what I find and see if I can run something down that will work (McMaster I am sure will have something that will work).
