So I have a couple F450s with the 19.5s .. One of the trucks is a 2021 Limited diesel that I pull our 5th wheel camper with. Truck has about 22K miles on it and when I got back from Fla last spring The tires were shaking in the rear.. Went to a couple different shops.. One was a truck place and they balanced them but it still shook.. I bought centramatics.. Still shook.. Bought 6 new tires.. Still shakes.. The wheels are balanced with weights and centramatics in between the dually.. Maybe take off the lead weights ? ..Dont know if that's messing up the balance using 2 systems.. ? .. On the other F450.. Its a 2018 V10 4x4 dump truck.. Has about 15 k miles and a number of years ago I put Kelly tires it for traction in the snow.. They shake like crazy over 50MPH.. same centramatics, ..still basically underivable over 50MPH. Brought the truck to a tire guy and he says tires have flat spots..need 6 new tires... So do I do begs, wheel weights or try the centramatics .. ? This is getting aggravating and expensive...

I have had the Kelly 19.5’s and the Goodyear 19.5’s. Basically the same tires, with no issues. No shaking like you describe.
Today, I am picking up a set of 6 Continental HD3’s.

I have a bit of a shake with my Kaufman trailer tires between 30-35, then it goes away. Could never figure out the reason. The bed kind of “hops” slightly between 30-35. Balanced all the tires and it did nothing.

I put these on my F550.

Off shore tire, but good pricing and tread is kind of a Continental copy. Never had any issues with them. No balance or shakes, good winter traction and weared good.

This may sound crazy but have you checked to see if you have one that is out of round? I ask because that is a problem I had several years ago.

On the 2018, did they spin balance the old tires first?
On the 2021, if tires weren’t it, next I would look at is wheel bearings and brake rotors

The 18 is at the tire shop now. That's the one that has the Kellys.. Tire guy said the first one he spun had a flat spot. .. But they all shake.. front and rear. Truck has 15k on it so i highly doubt it's a bearing anywhere. Those Kellys had beads, weights and now centramatics.. Never a good ride over 50mph.

Yes they were spun first and had weights on them. The 21 is pampered.. No mechanical issues whatsoever.

Have you had someone follow you taking a video? It might provide some insight, like wheel hop or wobble. Having the wheel weights with the centramatics doesn't matter. I have weights with mine, and when it through a weight, no change in ride!

The only way you can check if a tire is out of round is having a machine that can test for this. An out of round tire will balance but you need the tire machine that will test specifycally for out of round
