The CASE is pretty (just looked at it). It also comes with the following: trailer, lift, hoe, brush hog, 7 foot blade, tire chains. The brakes and clutch are fine. The carb leaks gas out the bottom (it's an upflow carb). The rear pto lever control is jerky and wonky. If I raise it half way, and then attempt to raise it all the way it actually lowers sometimes. The PTO itself is in fact custom to CASE so I need a slightly longer bar if I attach something to the pto. The narrow front end is not good in the mud and back home on the ranch I have a mud pit which needs to be scraped and graded. The other annoying thing about the case - the side pulley is always spinning. I'd have to remove it for safety and for the fact that it doesn't self brake when the clutched.
All in all the TO-30 seems more handy, the controls work smoothly, it doesn't leak anything... it doesn't come with anything though and it's not quite pretty. It also has more HP, is narrower, lower, more stable, better in mud.
I should buy them both, keep the TO-30 and case's implements, and sell the CASE.
