1962 MF 202 workbull loader hydraulics

The pump should just slide out of the coupler, it should be just a shaft with a key. It could be rusted together, the key could have sheared letting the shaft spin in the coupler, or if someone worked on it before they could have jammed it together, and or used Loctite on it. On the coupler that's bolted to the pulley on the engine, the shaft should be threaded into it so the shaft should just unthread out. Do you know the model number of the loader (should be ether a Davis 99, MF 99, or MF 100), and the serial number of the tractor.

What would it take to get a copy of the loader and MF 202 Work Bull manual?

I meant to add that I add the oil in the hole where the breather threads into.

This ^^ Just did it on my 205. Used 303 Universal Hydraulic fluid

Hi, I also have a MF202 Indutrial Workbull but a backhoe/loader. I tried to lift out too heavy a weight and the hydraulics started leaking. I m pretty sure it s the pump and I am trying to remove it to verify and repair. I ve removed the radiator cover and have access to the pump but I cant pull the spline end out to remove the pump. Doas anyone know what holds it in ? I would have thought a pin or clip but can t see anything
Any experience you have with these external front hydraulic pumps would greatly be appreciated!
Thanks
DonnyG

There should be 2 bolts that hold the pump onto the lower tractor frame. Than just pull back to you.

I recently bought a Massey Ferguson 204 with model 102 loader (haven't yet picked up the backhoe because it's stored elsewhere, but resurrecting that will be an adventure). I'm thinking fluid changes would be a good start. Does anyone know just how much fluid the 102 loader holds?

6 gallons for the 102, might need more for the backhoe tbough.
