1970 Ford 3000 diesel
First thanks for any response to my issue I have a 1970 Ford 3000 with an FEL, had it for 8 years now and loved it until now.
Went to lift a load one day with the loader and it would not lift and the pump got very load also no 3 point.
I rebuilt the pump and had 2700psi but still no lift action so I decided to get into the lift cover and related parts.
So far this is what I have done.
Replaced all O rings, removed unload valve which was free moving and replaced the O ring also removed the control valve which also was good
cleaned the sump and removed the suction screen and cleaned it very well (like new again), replaced the return screen with a new one and took the back pressure valve apart to check it and it seem good.
Replaced both the suction and pressure tubes along with the safety valve in the top lid and pressure relief valve on the bottom of the sump, And replaced the O rings on the suction tube.
Pulled out the plunger on the flow control valve and it looked good also seen that the tube going prom the prv to flow control was in tight and would not move up or down so I asumed the O rings in there where good.
Put in new oil and bleed the pump with a hose barb and clear hose going back to rear fill hole until no air (did not take very long) and still no lift so I installed my pressure gauge and only got 1200psi at the pump.
I tried to replace everything so I would not have anymore problems with it for several years.
I did notice that the PRV was a little bit shorter that the original but the deal where I got said it was good for my Tractor, can that be my problem or did I miss something else?
Again thank you for any advice.

I did forget to mention that I replaced the internal O ring on the suction tube elbow and the seals on the crossbar while I had it out.

Welcome to TBN!
To be clear, at 1200 psi now, still no 3pt or loader action?

Yes that is correct

Relief minimum crack off pressure is 2100 psi.

Could be the relief is opening too early.

Did you have any pressure with the old valve?

Also, when you pulled the top cover, did you make sure that the highlighted tube didn't come with the cover and bend when you tilted the cover up on the back while pulling it out? If bent, you would lose your pressure there.
