Yup, that's the 3 hose pb valve to pb plate hookup

I'd count them :)

Live pto, and a pump in the center section, and not one at the bellhousing/ back of the engine, correct?

No pump on a front cover accy drive?

It does have live PTO and no other visible hydraulic pumps that I can see.

Does your valve have/ show instructions for hooking up in a 2 hose configuration with a downstream load?

If you mean the 2 spool valve it has 3 ports, 1 in port 1 out port and 1 PB port. Other than that I am sorry I do not understand what you are referring to.

You know you will need input.. Leaves one connection for downstream reconnection. Ie, the plate only gives ya 2 hoses to make a looped circuit, out of plate, back into plate.

If I am reading the plate correctly it has 2 ports 1 feed port and 1 return port if that is what you are referring to which would mean the 1 feed port from the plate to the 1 in port on the valve and the return port on the valve to the return port on the plate right?

( ignore working ports for the moment )

I answered the questions in bold.

It sound like ultimately I need to 3 port plate. Bummer gyess I will try to sell the other on ebay or something.

The return port on that plate sees a load in the way of the 3pt.

What you have MAY work.. I just dont know what your valve says about configuring its out/pb port

Here is a link to the PDF of the valve and its ports.. What I originaly thought was the PB port on the valve was used if you wanted to add another set of valves. I guess my main concern is if by not routing the PB port from the valve back into the hydraulic tank is it going to interfere with the working of the 3pt hitch?

Id post a pic instead of the link but not sure exactly how.

I could be wrong but I think what SG is trying to tell you is. If you were to plumb it with the adapter plate you have....Instead of just dumping the fluid to the tank. The DA valve is going to see pressure on both sides, pressure & return (back pressure on valve) when the 3ph is used.

correct.

the valve inlet sees pressure, but the outlet will see pressure downstream.

some valves tolerate this.. some don't.

If someone wants to look at that pdf of his valve I'd take the help. I 'internet' on a phone now. Hard to read big pages. :)

Ok.. I muddled thru the PDF.

really looks like page 2 explains it all.

on the valve you have an inlet port ( from the tisco plate )

on the valve you have an out port

on the valve you have a PB port, and you have to install the high pressure carry over to use it.

there is a diagram that shows one valve feeding another. since your external valve is feeding the internal 3pt valve, you'd have to install the HPC plug, route plate to input of valve, route C port from power beyond back into the plate, and then route output to the sump.

when the spools are centered, oil flows thru the valve inlet and out the pb to power the 3pt.

when a spool is used oil is sent to a work port, return flow is sent to the tank.

Mind you I read this on a 2" x 4" screen, so someone else look at page 2 and see if I missed something on the hyd schematic.

Ok I am pretty sure I understand what you mean....

The output from the valve needs to be routed to the tank IE the fill plug or ultimately make it easy on myself and get the darn 3 port plate...lol

The output on the valve that goes back into the tank should be low psi correct?
