i just finally got my road fixed from the spring flooding and got the tractor to my house to start working on it, I'll look at your suggestions and see what I come up with. Thank you.

What color smoke is the exhaust at runaway? Blue? Black?

Mostly black, then black and white as it winds down. Exhaust pipe is full of greasy soot.

Will it start back up or at least rollover and is the engine oil level showing on the dip stick

yeah it cranks, over. sounds like one cylinder. had to crank it to raise the front loader to transport to my house/shop. dipstick is only showing oil on the tip

U couldn't have asked for easier access, just pull the inspection plate below the injection pump
and that will give u full access to the control rack..
U could see if its free.. {moves left & right}
U could get the injectors checked to see if 1 is stuck open..

That second picture you have titled as " iseki injection pump" is the hydraulic pump.

I wanted to say thanks to all the advice I've had on here with my Iseki. I've got a good update. I bled the fuel, drained the oil and found nothing concering. I also cleaned the fuel filter and bulb and pumped a bit of fuel through the pump. I put a 1 1/2 cans of SeaFoam into the fuel tank, babied it along, and have put 8 hours on the Hobbs with no issues. This is a Grey Market Japanese market tractor, If anyone has one of these and can give me some ideas about a few other things (1) filters for hydraulic? What kind, and where to get. (2) Hydraulic fluid, kind? type? Weight? volume? (3) Can anyone tell me how to translate the controls for the three point hitch? I have the google translate app, and been trying that out with mixed results...if anyone has ideas about the operation of this three point system please let me know... I appriceate all the help
