Holy Crap!Thats About $3400.00 Less Than I Can Sell One For.Is The 400X
Loader Definetly In That Price? They Are Selling Them Cheaper Than I Can Buy Them As A Dealer.

JDCOMPACTMAN,

I assume you are talking about the 22,500.00 pricing that ChrisJD4320 reported, rather than the 29,400.00 pricing that JYD is reporting... Am I correct??? JYD's package is a great deal for him, but a very lean profit margin for the dealer, while ChrisJD4320's deal just does not make sense at all...

JYD, PM me or let me know who the dealer is and I will call them and let them know I am a serious buyer.
Thanks

Hello I had to chime in. I am looking at my JD Credit app and here is what it says...4320 Compact Utility tractor (Power reverser) for $19,000 and 400X loader for $3500. The price of the loader was actually $240 higher because of the heavy duty bucket with a blade edge. (I paid the $240 in cash at the time of sale.) The total for tractor/loader/heavier bucket and with filled R4s was $22,740 out the door. I have since purchased an MX6 with an iMatch and 1 extra set of bushings for $2316 out the door. That brings my total to $25056. I have probably $300 in 4 JD lights for my ROPS. That brings me to a grand total of $25356. Of course the Hydro tranny is about $1000 more. That would bring it to $26356.

I forgot to add...I am a financial advisor (ie investment sales) so I know how the sales game works. The trick is to get them to move a unit without making much profit and have them still be happy about it. I should write a book....

If you're working in unbroken sod my experience would say the tiller will work best for all around seed preperation. A disk isn't going to do much in sod unless you cover the same ground numerous times. A plow will surely turn the dirt upside but (grass) rye zones will still cling together underneath and leave a rough, scragley surface to deal with until it all decomposes.

Hello jjrsadjd. I bought my tractor from Stonehams John Deere in Waynesboro, PA. I got a great price on the tractor. Maybe one reason why the deal was so good was because they may have known that JD was going to take away their dealership. They may have just wanted the tractor sold. Two dealers combined to form a big mega dealership (Landmark and Clugstons) Unfortunately Stonehams was left out of it. However alot of Stonehams employees went to Landmark after the deal was done. Coincidently, Landmark came today to pick up my tractor for warranty work (leaking wheel seal) They did not charge a penny for the truck to come and haul it back to Landmark. I think that some of the good things that Stonehams had going may be starting to rub off on Landmark. I hope so, because Landmark did not have the best reputation around here.
