Yep, got rid of my account several years ago. Not that easy to get rid of. They want to hang on to you. Best not to start.

#METOO ? Just kidding... Indeed, social media is a crock. Not difficult; impossible to get completely removed from a computer system, once you get into one. Don't do it.

Facebook can be a pain, but you have to accept it for what it is and take charge. I have my privacy settings cranked down as far as they'll go and I rarely get involved in a political discussion. If a "friend" is creating a problem, I either unfollow or delete them. I don't click on ads. I've stayed in touch with nieces and nephews and reconnected with folks I haven't seen for 50 years. I've enjoyed it, for the most part.

My wife was not interested in my BX 25, but she was certainly willing to mow our 1 acre grassy patch with the little riding mower. My daughter did it as well, but it can really get quite boring.

Mine will use the new John Deere. She wouldn't get near the old Mitsubishi gray market. She mows with the L110 JD a lot. She mostly uses the 2025R bucket for a wheelbarrow. But when I was cutting firewood she ran the backhoe with thumb to pickup the logs and swing them over to be cut by me. That really makes it go faster. I was surprised how quickly she picked it up. She would probably brush hog if I asked her to. And she is not the outdoors type. A city girl that ended up living in a rural area.

Several years ago my wife decided it was time for me to join the new world so she set me up an email account. The first message I got was "Real women you can F==k,right now!!
I asked her if that was what she had in mind so she changed my user name and it improved some. That is enough social media for me.

Isn't that what everyone is looking for? Lol. I wonder where they find all the women that are already primed?

I agree with horhay de beagle. My wife has Facebook. She is friends with family, friends and ex-students on Facebook. I look occasionally if she tells me about someone on there (usually family). Never seen or heard anything negative.

You're lucky she runs it.

I upgraded from an open station B2150 to a cabbed B3000 last year.

My wife absolutely refuses to run the tractor because she likes to be "Outdoors".

She used to cut the grass frequently on the B2150.

I would have thought she would like the air conditioning when it's 90 degrees +.

But nope ! She wants to be one with nature.
