Hi everybody! I'm preparing for a 200 hr service on my B2920. I did performed the 50 hr service with no problems at all. In fact it was much easier than expected.
My question is, Kubota says to replace the inner air filter. Why? I have carefully blown out the outer air filter three or four times with 25 psi and intend on replacing it at the two hundred hour mark. But I'm not sure why the manual says replace the inner as well. I have no problem mechanically or financially following the maintenance schedule, so I will replace the inner. The inner looks brand new. Is there some kind of super secret dust attracting coating or something on it that wears away that I can't see? Or does it fail or wear out in another way?
I'm by no means complaining, so please don't read into that. Just trying to learn.
Just for the record, the tractor has been outstanding.
