For $20k I'd look for a B21, or a B2710 if you are looking for a quick-attach FEL. $20k for a low hour B1700 TLB is roughly $5-$6k too high. They weren't much (if any) more than $20k when new.
I got quotes from my local Kubota dealer for a brand new B7610 with a LA352 loader and B4672A backhoe and 60" mid mount mower deck for $20k. Brand new, not used. York rake is the same as a landscape rake, right? If so, add about $500 to that B7610 price quote for the typical high quality rake.
