the tractor has 783 hours and was bought used , the dealer needed to put 2 new pumps on it before i picked it up - problem was weak hydrolics. Are these pumps a problem ? . the other question was the right stabilizer leaks down. It does not seem to leak .

First I heard of replacing hydro pumps.. Only thing I can think of is this tractor was in someone's rental fleet, and one too many operators may have caused something.
