I emailed the winner of the Auction the year of manufacture of the YM 2000. I gave him directions to this forum so if he needs any help, he might find it. I also let him know that the winning bid of $1314.16 is a bit under the going price of a YM 2000 with loader here on this side of the ocean, unless someone would like to offer me the same deal( then I can assure you there would be two Ym 2000's with loaders sold for under $1500).

Yeah, and I'm wondering why somone would bother having a Howse boxblade shipped all the way over there too. Probably would cost more to have it shipped over there then a new blade would be worth.

Late 2003 I almost bid on an Ebay aution that had the identical photos and was based in Southern California. Later I saw the same photos used by a different seller in the San Francisco region. The terrain and vegetation are believable for Southern California but not likely Northern California or UK.

You have to be cautious on the zero feedback guys and also those who won't take PayPal. Many are slimy rip-off artists. If they want a wire transfer or want you to mail a certified check BEWARE!. If they take credit cards, then they are most likely real. I bid on a 3 point backhoe that was supposed to be in Atlanta, but turned out the seller was in Finland! Ebay caught on and axed him out.

I send email to seller asking some questions. NOw that the auction is over and he have been removed from ebay he is now offering me the tractor forsale. "Since the winning bidder refused to pay" hmm, Only been a couple of days.. Ill see what info I can get out of him. Anyone else contact by him?
