You have to be cautious on the zero feedback guys and also those who won't take PayPal. Many are slimy rip-off artists. If they want a wire transfer or want you to mail a certified check BEWARE!. If they take credit cards, then they are most likely real. I bid on a 3 point backhoe that was supposed to be in Atlanta, but turned out the seller was in Finland! Ebay caught on and axed him out.

I send email to seller asking some questions. NOw that the auction is over and he have been removed from ebay he is now offering me the tractor forsale. "Since the winning bidder refused to pay" hmm, Only been a couple of days.. Ill see what info I can get out of him. Anyone else contact by him?

He is willing to sell it for $850GBP shipped. But to keep things safe he wants Western Union. HAHAHA.

1. He's a rip-off artist.
2. He's never seen a tractor.
3. He wants your money for nothing.
